McDonald's Manager Franklin

Telling girl employees to stand out side to take orders at the drive through too show there behind for more guys to come to the McDonald’s employees asking for bigger shirts so it does not show there front private area manager refuse to give shirts and treats all employees like slaves talking really bad about them tells the girls to stand out in lobby for more guys to come please do something about this thanks I’m not the first person to complain please look in to it send someone they don’t know and see how he treats people employees don’t get break he will do it whenever he feels like it thank you.

McDonald's The filth in your stores.

I do a service which has me in your operations nightly. I can not tell you the pure disgust of what I see. Your operation are the dirtiest I have ever seen. The pure lack of any systems or concern for how clean and safe they are is illegal. I don't think you understand you feed people in these places. I have filed this before and got no response for you i can only tell you someone is going to get hurt bad or sick of the place will have a fire. There seems to be an it is not my job attitude i have hundreds of photos and i have sent them to the manager but nothing ever happens. I want to know what action you will take to fix this I better not get any blow back in my job for this as i am the only thing or one cleaning this crap and i am doing my job. YOU ARE FAILING YOUR OWNERS AND CUSTOMERS BY ALLOWIN THIS TO GO ON.. I WNAT TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE UP THE CHAIN NOT SOME LOACL DO NOTHING .

McDonald's Martina (staff)

Tues, 7-June at 13:20:

Martina was the most disinterested and purposely difficult.

She was intentionally uninterested in getting my meal correct; "forgot" to tell them no salad or sauce on double-cheeseburger; said they had no coffee, no orange, despite just serving somebody orange juice. She wanted me to know I was not welcome. She placed my order on the counter but ignored me when I asked if it was mine, never gave me a straw for drink; I had to reach over and help myself - she just shrugged. Awful service.

McDonald's They wouldn't make right a wrong drive thru order, wouldn't refund either

Sunday june 5th at arpund 4:30pm I ordererd the mix and match a mcdouble and a mcchicken and fries. I got the chicken sandwhich, didnt receive my fries and instead of a mcdouble I got a single cheeseburger with sweet and sour sauce, this was not my order. I had to drive back. The staff was very rude, after waiting 10 minutes, the crew gave the girl lip service. Im handicapped multiple sclerosis and a diabetic. I use a cane and I cant have stress. Im angry at this point, I have a sundae melting in my car and a cold chicken sandwhich and no fries. I asked for the manager on duty no one would answer. I took out my phone in an attempt to film the encounter but I failed to hit record. Nobody would give me their names. They covered up their name badges and refused to identify they wouldnt give me the district manager or regional managers corporate phone numbers. I filed a complaint with mcdonalds and the just as rude general manager of this failed location was someone called maria, to my utter discust she tried to defend their abhorant behavior, "if someone was filming me I wouldnt identify!" shes is part of the problem, I was trying to document that they refused to identify before I pulled out my phone. Maria continued to be confrontational I then asked for the district mangers phone number she told me no she had to check first. I never heard of such a thing and im a 60 year old retired retail store manager, I could never refuse a customers request to speak with the district manager. Maria said she will contact the district manager to see if its ok and that she will call me back. Maria never called me back she was rude and unprofessional, she needs to retrained she has zero customer service skills, and I would never have a crew that gives lip service to the front, in my day they would be gone. I feel like I was robbed. I didnt get what I paid for and maria could care less. She needs to stop making excuses for this inept crew, what they did to me was wrong and acknowledge that, shes just as horrible! Im left with no resolution to this awful experience, I just wanted what I ordered so I could take my diabetes medication, I never recevied my mcdouble, I stopped at burger king up the street where I recevied what I ordered. I used my debit card gave her the approximate time and amount I just wanted my meal credited to my account. This general manager is part of the problem. Im a diabetic, they messed up my order then refused to make it right, they refused to identify themselves and refuse to give me a refund. Maria is also part of the problem. She has zero people skills and is defending the indefensible, these people messed up they should of made my mcdouble immediately, gave me my fries end of story. This is the worst experience at any of the mcdonalds i've visited across america.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s they say there machine is down for smoothies and frappe always that’s ridiculous I don’t understand why it’s always down especially during lunch time something needs be done to have it going that people that pile have nice cold smoothie or frappe the date on this 6/6/2022 I hope this can resolve to keep these machines going thank you !

McDonald's incorrect order and late delivery

Around 5:55pm this day June 6th, I ordered K-chicken small meal and McCafe Caramel Popcorn Coffee Float. Instead of coffee they delivered coke float. Wrong Order and also they delivered it late at 7pm. Order number f9mjwQ

Desired outcome: They should double check first the order of their customer before they’ll deliver it.

Waited in the outer drive through over 15 minutes. Apparently the car ahead of me wasn't placing an order, but was having a personal conversation with the attendant. Finally, my turn...4 cars from inside lane went... I never got my order taken... I went inside... one girl walked around the corner. No one ever acknowledged me. Called. McDonald's MC Rice

The Mc rice I ordered on 01.06.2022 was over cooked and couldn’t even eat! Had to throw it! It was over cooked to an extent which we can’t even think to have it! It got delayed too!

McDonald's Old fries

I asked the worker for fresh fries. One of the workers didn’t want to take the old tasting ones back. The worker in the back was yelling saying I was o my saying that because I wanted them free! That worker told other worker to take fries back. Very rude people with poor customer service skills at this location!

6/1/22 12:24 pm. Store #1167 in Miami Florida. Every employee here has poor attitude and no idea how to treat customers. You are almost force to use the screens to order and if you do not, they ask why. If you ask for them to place the order, they then get an attitude and do it complaining

McDonald's Wait time

I have been the drive thru line of the Mc Donald’s at Pratt and Clark Street in Chicago for over 30 minutes. I was in a position that made it impossible for me to leave. There was no explanation as to the issue. I ordered at 10:38pm and I am still in line at 11:10. I am next in line and still there is not explanation or indication that there is something wrong. This is ridiculous. I am sitting here with my car idling. I finally got my food by 11:20. The person working apologized and explained that they were very short staffed. Either way that wait was absolutely ridiculous.

Desired outcome: Some sort of compensation for my time.

McDonald's Food and the service

I went to McDonald’s on Indian River rd and I set in the drive threw for like 30 min with 4 kids that don’t no how to act and then when I got my food everything was wrong accept the happy meals I ordered 3 combo meals and 4 happy meals and like I said the only thing that was right was the happy meals.I tryed to call but nobody would pick up the phone so I just left it alone so this is the only other thing I could think of to do

Desired outcome: I would of liked to have ate my food but me and my wife did not get to eat we had to throw it away.

McDonald's Shift closing early

Per hours on Google on Friday evenings the store is open at least until midnight however it is just now after 11:00 5 minutes only after 11:00 and they are already closed I have worked all day long and look forward to getting a hot meal so much for that just thought that you would like to know the store is not running as the hours today

McDonald's Management and shift

I bought 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hot chocolates and chocolate sundae at Mcdonalds in Maitland Cape Town 25-05-2022 at 20h30 first of all you people do false advertising you advertise a ceramic mug with hot chocolate and hazel nut latte wich Maitland Mcdonalds dont have the lady that took my order forgot ice cream sundae and made me a liar infront of my child of 9 years old and my wife said I did not order. but my Daughter told her that my daddy told her twice ice cream with chocolate sauce. when I came at home I opened the cup of hot chocolates it looked like dish washing water. I mean we pay for our stuff dont get it for free so I took my order back and the manager just gave me a dirty look as if what must I do. she still wanted me to take other hot chocolate and burgers I politely told her to give back my money who knows what goes on in the kitchen when you complain. The worst Mcdonalds in Cape Town

Dining area was closed. A worked came to tell us “they were closed due to short staff” so went went through drive through to order. Tried to get a smoothie and they said they can’t do those right now. After we finished ordering we went to the pay window and there’s someone there to take our money.
