McDonald's review: Drink upcharge

I went through the drive though to place an order with a half cut sweet tea (half sweet and half unsweet). For the meal I asked for No cheese, no pickles and no onions. I paid for the order and yes did ask for my receipt. After looking at it there was an upcharge for the tea. I wrote the corporate office, and the explanation was it was manager degression. So I am to understand that I still get charged for the cheese, pickles and the onions that they kept as they don't have that on the menu as they did many years ago to just get a hamburger but I can't get a tea with half the sugar without getting charged. Was there something added that I don't know like whipped cream or honey or whatever. No, the attendant moved her hand from one dispenser to the one next to it and charged me. This is ridicules.
