My son and I went to McDonalds on Sunday Nov.11 for breakfast. The restaurant was not busy. The person behind the counter did not get the order right the order took a long period of time with part of the order sitting on the counter to become cold while waiting for the rest of the order.Then we are told that there is no butter in the entire store for the hotcakes.During our breakfast one man became so frustrated that his order wqs wrong and that he had to wait for it to be corrected he just left the order on a shelf and left. I know that the few people who will not return which includes myself will not hurt company profits so it will not really matter, but in good conscience I cannot return to an establishment that does not appreciate my business

Regarding the latest McDonalds 'pound advert' currently running in England, THE... BOB... IS... A... SHILLING... NOT A POUND! AS STATED IN THE ADVERT!

A SHILLING IS THE EQUIVILENT OF 5p IN NEW PENCE!

WE OF THE GREAT BRITISH EMPIRE ARE OFFENDED! WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO CHECK YOUR REASERCH INFORMATION ON ENGLISH CURRENCY,

I had a really bad service experience at McCafe' in Connecticut Norwich, and they always forgot to give me the drink . It took about 15 minutes for me to get the sandwiches while the manager and the employee were standing behind the counter chatting and Laugh out loud.

the girl in the drive through should be fired for saying "### you" to the mom and her daughter no matter what the customer thinks or said, unless if they said ### you back to the employee.i have my own business i've had for 30 years and if one of my employees said ### you to a customer they would be fired! i am responding because i have had problems with mcdonalds at the drive through .but also very nice people at the drive through.vulgar language buy employees to customers should never happen.agreeing with the employee's action shows a lowering of mcdonalds good customer policy.

There are already online delivery for McDonalds in the Philippines but only some areas. It does not include a large area Iloilo City where I live. I wanted to avail of online ordering of McDonalds in Iloilo but the service is not available in Iloilo the reason why I complaint and the reason I lose interest in McDonalds because there is no online ordering in Iloilo.. I will eat in another fast food but not McDonalds anymore because there is no online ordering in Iloilo, Philippines

I live in Henderson NV and we have a mcdonalds on Boulder Highway and Lake Mead Parkway. About a week age we went there for breakfast. As I was walking in I noticed that the American Flag that was flying was badly torn and needed to be replaced. I asked for a manager and a Hispanic women came out, I told her about the flag and she said it was because of the wind (we had high winds earlier that week, but my flags were OK as were the others I see every day). She said she would replace it. Today, 8 Apr, I went there again and the same flag was still flying and at about half mast. To my knowledge there is no reason to fly the colors at half mast. I am no longer going to go to mcdonalds for any reason, except to retrieve and properly dispose of my countries flag.

Also I do not appreciate your employees speaking other languages other than English. This country has spoken English since it inception, from the east to the west coast including CA, NM and AZ which were Spanish and Mexican territories before the US annexed them. I can take this as a direct insult as I don't and won't understand the language spoken.

I have fought in three (3) major conflicts under the United States Flag and I think it is an abombination to not take proper care of it. It is bad enough that you hire aliens and not our teens or seniors as was the practice when mcdonalds was founded. Now you and your employees neglect my Countries Colors. They seem to forget that people of hispanic origin have fought and died in every war we have been in.

This afternoon after school i took my kids (7yrs old & 5yrs old) to Mc Donalds SM CEBU City PHILIPPINES. My 5 yrs old son order a Happy Meal as I was preparing his food I asked him if he can go to the counter to get a gravy refill. So he went to the counter and ask, but then he came back to me and he was crying he said he hit his foot so I said its ok. So I diverted his attention playing with his new Happy Meal Toy. When we were about to leave he told me he could not walk because his foot hurts, I thought he was just making drama. When I look at his foot (the one his complaining that he got hurt) it was bleeding. So I called the Manager and told her what happened and showed her where my son get his cut. She did not react or say anything, I even asked her for a 1st aid kit she called her staff to get if and did not even said sorry. I was really pissed off my son was wearing flip flops that its hard for him to walk at the mall, specially our car was parked at the other side of the Mall Building. I had to carry my 5yrs old boy all the way to the car.
How lame was that! I just hope that the Mc Donalds will do something about it! You should make sure your structures are well placed and secure enough that you cannot hurt anybody specially children.

im from philippines and i have this disappointing experience from mc donald's philippines particularly the mcdonald's delivery. My mom ordered at 86326 (8mcdo) at around 8:35pm today, oct 3, 2008. and guess what time did the order came? 10:30pm, oct 3, 2008, my mom was so angry because her 6yr old son haven't eaten yet because my brother likes the mcspaghetti. we follow up orders 3times and the customer representative was just saying "im sorry mom", there is "technical problems", there wer no rider, the food was just preparing, there were many deliveries today, we prioritize those with may orders, first come first serve...
imagine, they took 2hrs just to deliver a 2 cheeseburger mcdo, a large french fries and a mcspaghetti!.
and we even call the branch near our home to talk to the manager.. and same reason she was giving!
problems occurs since a customer representative was handlind the mcdonald's delivery...

I recently applied to join McDonalds as I had moved back to London from living down on the coast and 'hey' I figured I needed a job after taking 5 years out of work, so after selling my place and moving back to jolly old London, spent most of my money in rent living in a flat seeking full time employment, then the money started to run out and I got more and more desperate with looking for employment. Started posting out as many C.V's as I could, then as luck would have it I landed a job working for the Blue Arrow agency. Great, but the bad news was the job was temporary and lasted three weeks after which time the manager came back from a sabbatical (sick leave) and patted me on the back "thanks for all your hard work but we wont be needing you any longer"

So then I lost the flat as I couldn't keep paying my rent had to declare myself homeless and move into a homeless shelter. As a last ditch attempt to secure full time work I applied online at the McDonalds website. Sat through a good 30 minutes worth of multiple choice questions about how youd handle different situations most of which anyone with an IQ over that of a 16 year old can probably read between the lines of anyway. You can see what their asking when they ask questions like;

'Your faced with a huge que at the checkout and our on the till, at the back you see a lady struggling with her shopping and three kids'

Do you;
a) Tell her to leave and try again later
b) Take her order and ask if shed like to take a seat and you'll bring her order over for her
c) Ignore her problems and carry on

So I answered all of them to the best of my ability which to my mind was near enough the 100% mark and the site informed me a representative from McDonalds would be in touch within a week by phone.

I then waited a whole week, received no phone call, but got back an e-Mail which stated, due to our high standards of recruitment we regret to inform you your application has been unsuccessful.

Why? Is my age a factor due to the fact I am nearly 40? If so does the manager at the outlet I applied to join feel threatened I might end up doing his job?

By telling me I was unsuccessful are McDonalds telling me the answer to some of those questions should have been; a) "Tell her to go away and try again later!" or c) "Ignore her problems and carry on?"

I think the sad truth is the company is biased to the address I am staying at due to the fact it's a homeless hostel. But that doesn't excuse the fact I was lied to and never got a bloody phone call...

There is no point in being angry, and attempting to bash somebody.
I was rather surprised that you are more concerned about avoiding jail time for yourself, rather than not letting your daughter witness her out-of-control parent lose their temper over fast food.
She will not be removed.

Ok heres the story:

Im working and this guy (Supposedly a Crew Trainer), preferrably white, starts to ### around in the store and sprays water and butter on everyone. He does it in front of the floor manager and the manager laughs it off and walks away. My friend, perferrably Mexican, gets piseed and sprays water back at him. I get pissed and squirt a little ketchup on his hand. This ###ed ### 3 fingered ### starts squirting tartar sauce everywhere, the table and the floor. The manager sees this and writes him up. The white guy blames me for starting everything because of the ketchup, so I get written up, then my mexican friend gets written up because of the white guy telling the manager that he started it also. A day later my mexican friend calls in to see if he was working or not. The no legged ### ### general manager replys "Well, we don't allow horseplay, so turn in your uniform". He was fired. We came to the store later that day. I was fired also. The white guy still works there. So It ends up that me and my mexican friend get fired and the white guy didn't. Racism, no? He had every right to be fired if we did but he didn't. Thats what u get if ur mcdonalds is ran by homosexuals and handicaps and fatasses.

I have been going to mcdonalds for many years now, and I have always enjoyed the food, expecially the 1$ double cheese burger. However my opinion changed the other night. I came through the drive thru and ordered a double cheese burger with a large fries. When I got to the window they told me to pull on up because the food was not yet ready. I waited for 15 minutes. 15 minutes! When I finnally got my food, i drove home in anger, due to the insane amount of time I waited, not even checking to make sure I had the right food. When I got home I opened my double cheese burger, and someone had filled it with human crap instead of meat. I was so shocked, i couldnt speak. I knew I could smell something on my way home, but i just thought it was my fat wife who never showers. I was extremely mad, and I was so mad that I went to bed and threw my double cheeseburger with crap in my dogs bowl and he ate it all. I will NEVER eat at mcdonalds again. How does it feel to lose a customer?

I had a real bad service experience at McDonalds in Douglasville, GA at the corner of Old Fairburn road and Hospital drive. I ordered unsweetened tea. The clerk took my money and gave me a cup and sent me around the corner to fill it up. When I got there the only tea they had was sweet. There was not even a container for unsweet tea. Then I went back to the counter to complain. I had ordered a medium tea. The clerk poored into my cup from a pitcher, but only had enough to be half full and he actually expected me to accept that. I told him to either get me a full glass of tea or give me my money back. The manager came up and had a rather menacing look. I told him the story and that there had to be some sort of accounting here, one way or the other, money back or a full glass of unsweeted tea. He went to the back and found another pitcher of unsweetened tea. I had stood at the counter 5 full minutes before anyone even asked me if they could help me. They were so overly focused on the drive through that initially they had ignored the only customer at the counter (me).

I go to McDonalds every weekday for the biscuts and gravey. At least 4 of the 5 I always end up with hard biscuts. I pay and expect to get good food. I am now thinking about stopping and going somewhere else that will give me the service I pay for each day. When a person orders and pays for food they expect to get the best and for some reason the McDonalds continues to give out biscuts that are hard to where you can't cut them or eat them. This continues to be a waste of my money and time.

When the McDonald's monoply game was going on in 2007, I was extremely dissappointed with the advertisements on collecting game pieces. The television ads and the game rules stated that I could collect these game pieces from specially marked items. I had previously decided to purchase from McDonalds every chance that I could so that I possibly could have a chance on winning some big money. But when the Monopoly game only had a couple weeks left, managers from my local McDonalds said that they were out of stock on Monoply game pieces. I thought to myself that this was odd. I decided to call the McDonald's customer service number that I had found on the Web site. The person took all of my information. My name, address, age, telephone and heard my complaint. That person told me that they were sending me some extra pieces that I had never received from my purchases. In the end I never received my Monopoly game pieces. I even tried a different McDonald's Resteraunt in my area and they also stated that they were out of stock on game pieces. I am confused. The McDonald's franchise gave all these rules and stipulations for their Monoply game. I would be OK with that if they practiced what they preached and followed their own rules. But they didn't. It appauls me that they have the ability to do that legally. Do they? I swore I would never eat there again, until I remembered that they are the most important sponsers of their very own Ronald McDonald House. It makes me wonder though if McDonald's actually uses their donations and proceeds to help with sick children or if they think that they are above the law and continue to use the hard working customer's money on things like false and decietful adverstisements. Maybe corporate just thinks it is fair to lie so that they can put more money into their pockets. I don't know. What do you think?

I had been there to eat dinner with a girlfriend and as I was leaving I ordered a McChicken and a Double Cheesburger for my husband. It took about 10 minutes for me to get the two sandwiches while the two representatives were standing behind the counter chatting. When I finally got my sandwiches and took them home, my husband opened the Double Cheesburger to find it half eaten. I doubt I will ever step foot in that McDonalds again. That is completly unacceptable for any reputable food establishment! I spoke to the manager (Ashely) at the location and she promised coupons in the mail, this in not acceptable either and I would like some other type of acknowledgment of this incident at that location. I have saved the sandwich for any further action that is needed.
