McDonald's poor service, dirty restaurant...

Dear MC. Donald team,
I am rarely taking time to go to those kind of site to lounge such a complain however I think is important for you guys to know what happening in your premises (MC Donald Saint Catherine road Montreal)
Was experiencing your restaurant on Saturday 3 of March at around 8 pm with my wife and my 2 kids.
While reaching your the restaurant the place was relatively busy but not overloaded. we proceed for our order and now thing turn sour:
1) Coke or other fizzy drink not available
2) No tray given during evening service as per company procedures
3) 2 time issue with my order and asked me please to keep quiet as the manager will terminate him.
4) Restaurant was so dirty
5) Tables were full of cups, chips, papers, dirt...
6) Asked for help they nicely tell me off (if you see what I mean)
7) Drinks area was a disaster
8) Toilet look like a bus station public toilet.
Was so frustrated so I took myself the sanitise and asked for tissue and clean my table as wanted my kids to have a clean meal.
We travel allover the world and our kids love your brand however a experiences like that in Canada could not happen.
Thank you to revert back, I can tell you want I want as a refund as first of all I do not want another guest to experiences that but to retained a guest like us I am sure your are all professional enough to react.

McDonald's delivery of food

I ordered from the mcdonalds on the app and waited almost an hour only to find out by a delivery guy dripping someone else's order that it isn't my order. The guy claims that someone called me several times but nothing came my way as I showed him my call log and then I gave him my number and his call came through.

I have been waiting on food for almost an hour .
I'm disappointed in the service .

McDonald's management

2/15/18 manager was trying to reach me in reference to my survey gave poor service across the board cook scratching beard an face while making food where's beard cover! Nasty! Was sent email in response sent back my address its march 3, 2018. Still no coupons?! Doesnt seem to me as if they care! Cant be to busy to address and stamp an envelope, shows you dont care work in the area lots of employees go there not always coming back happy ill have to post my experience on break room board😒

McDonald's food and service

My bun was semi hard and my fries tasted a little old. The young man who delivered our food didn't even smile or say a word. I asked him to bring me a large cup because they forgot to put one on the tray and I felt it was bother for him. This McDonalds is by my house and I have no problems with the morning crew but the service for the afternoon crew isn't so good. I am not a complainer at all but for the prices we are paying now I think a fresh bun and fries isn't asking for to much.

McDonald's unauthorized credit card charges

I visited a McDonald's restaurant on Feb. 24, 2018, and bought a meal with a Mcchicken, fries, and a drink, and another meal with a piece chicken nougats, fries, and a drink. The total of this meal came out to 15.20 Euro, which is 18.75 dollars. I placed this order on one of the electronic machines in the restaurant, and my card got declined two times. Then, my friend who I was with tried to use his card instead, and his card got declined. Then we were brought up to the counter where we were told we still had to pay, so I used my card again, and my card was then accepted and the payment went through. I still have my receipt to prove the transaction. Now, looking at mine and my friend's credit card bills, I have been charged THREE times for this meal, and my friend has been charged ONCE. That is a total of FOUR times that there were charges incurred as a result of this McDonald's broken ordering machine, and then the employee not knowing how to fix it. In total, that is 60.80 Euro (75 Dollars) that my friend and I have been charged. This is absolutely ridiculous, and these extra charges must be removed immediately. I specifically went to your restaurant because I cannot afford a very expensive meal, so do whatever you need to do to remove these charges because I am not paying for them. This is hands down the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's, and it is unacceptable.

McDonald's customer service

This is the 2nd time I have sent you a complaint on this certain location. I told you the first time that I would never be back. I gradually after some time passed started going back with full regret! Your manager is very rude to the employees and to the customers! One morning I ordered 4 egg and sausage mcgriddles and come out the drive with only a burrito. I took it back and didn't say anything other than that's ok it happens. Today I ordered a big grand big mac meal. Come out of the drive with everything I thought until I opened the box. It was some kind of bacon cheese burger with fried onions. I was just going to eat it but thought to myself, "today is my birthday and I am going to have what I ordered." so, I went back. The manager started sneering at the employee and told her just look what y'all are doing - just want you to see for yourself. I told her that this was the last time that I would be back that my order gets screwed up on a regular basis. I also told her that it was "b[censor]t". She says, "ok and yes it is." then she proceeds to tell the lady, "now I am being cussed at thanks a lot" in front everyone. Really? It was a mistake yes but to sneer at your people? Come on. Maybe everyone is having a bad day but dang. Customer service just craps! Done! I will be going to idabel mcdonalds for now on!

McDonald's cleanliness and food quality

I witnessed a worker drop the chip server on the floor to pick it back up and start serving chips with it ...
I ordered a family box for $19:95
I ordered 2 big Macs 2 cheese burgers to receive 4 cheese burgers it is supposed to come with a 2 the family chips it came with 4 small chips which were about half full, dripping oil and cold . I would appreciate it of my problem was rectified as I spend a lot of money there, and I'd be keeping a good eye on what Ur staff do with the utensils

McDonald's service

A lady named Patricia pushed an employee for getting my order right but i said it was wrong because the order taking lady took it wrong. He kindly said he was going to make it but while he was doing it the lady yelled and pushed him because he was supposedly wrong. This is not the attitude a person should take especially the way she did. I dont know how the rest of the night for the guy went and I feel really bad.

McDonald's customer services

[protected] store in 11990 sw 8st I going by drive thru x years breakfast time great team .I went saturday afternoon around 4 :00 pm I went to cashier do a orden he tell me I have to do in screen is mandatory I say is empty store I dont like use screen she tell me manager regulations o no service I speak with manager in that moment she say only I have service is do by screen is new reg by mc donalds . I ask she dont care to lost customer is she say nothing cant do screen o go. I left when to BK. Good customer services face to face w a person no computer . I REALLY dont understand screen orden is mandatoryi work x a company customer services and clients have to be #1

McDonald's disgusting workers

On 2/18/2018 at 540pm I went to my local mcdonalds (#3397). While I was there, approximately 30 minutes waiting for my food, I witnessed a worker taking a dirty trash can from under the front counter, set it on the front counter beside the registers, pull out the dirty bag (I have a picture of this), put in a clean one, set it back under and then pick up a togo order and hand it to a customer. He did not wash his hand or the counter. The cashier took our money, then handles the fries and other foods without washing her hands! There were at least 4 food mix ups while I was waiting. I was so disgusted I threw my food in the trash and went to wendy's. I wouldn't even give that mess to a beggar. This is totally ridiculous!

On Feb.19 I stopped at the MacDonald's in Bolivar TN 38008 and ordered a med. Mocha Frappe and paid my $3.50 at the first window. There were two cars in front of me. The first car moved fairly quickly. The second car took forever. I waited for at least 10 min. Or more in line for this car to receive their order and then waited some more as they were handed a second order. When I finally got to this window there was no one there. I finally got out of my car and knocked on the window, there was a person with a pencil and pad in her hand checking something and she completely ignored me. Finally someone opened the window and I told them I had been in line for well over 10 min. By this time. She said to me "don"t holler at me I just came on duty." I apologized and asked to talk to the manager who happen to be the same women with the pad and pencil when I knocked on the window the first time, she heard the whole conversation and still did nothing. By this time I was so angry I said "forget it" and drove off without my order or my $3.50. This McDonald's is known for poor and slow service. I know you could care less but I will be going to Burger King in the future.

McDonald's stanford, ky mcdonalds management and employees

I don't often get on social media to complain about a business but I think today was "the straw that broke the camels back" with Stanford McDonalds restaurant! I have been going there almost daily since they came to Stanford but over the past several months I've noticed that there service has been going downhill! Don't know what has changed with the management but LACK OF ATTENTION toward their customers and the product they are producing has declined! I have noticed that when you order through the drive-thru and sitting several minutes before finally getting to the pick-up window then you most always are told to "pull up" and we will bring your food out to you and then almost immediately when you finally park your food is brought out! In the meantime You food they have given is becoming cold! Today I ordered breakfast and an iced coffee. I was given my food and told to pull-up and my coffee would be brought to me! I ask the attendant at the window if she could dispose of another McDonalds cup for me and was hatefully told she was not allowed to but there was a trash can "on the other side of the building"! I'm in my car driving through the drive-thru? After pulling up for my coffee a manager brought it out and as I tried to express my displeasure with there service she told me to have a good day and turned and walked off! This was totally VERY RUDE of a "manager" and totally unacceptable! That manager had no personality or willingness to help solve the problem! I have experienced several problems over the past few months! Getting home with food that I did not order is one of the biggest problem! I have been trying to check my food when I receive to make sure it is correct and told to pull on up there are people behind me!
I think this will be my last trip to Stanford McDs for a while! Obviously neither employees nor the management no longer are concerned about the satisfaction of their customers! We have other restaurants that I'm sure would be glad to have my business!
If anyone else has experienced problems with Stanford McDs lately I would be interested if you have successfully solved the problem?

McDonald's drive through wait and order messed up

2/15/18 @ 10:35pm I went through drive through and ordered my food from that time till I got my food which was 10:55pm the whole time there was only 2 cars in front of me. 20 damn minutes for FAST food. Should have got my meal for free at that point then I gave them the benefit of a doubt and tried the breakfast 2/16/18 7:18am and the drive through was fast but I ordered a sausage, egg, cheese McMuffin meal and a busciut egg, sauage, cheese meal also I got almost home and they gave me the wrong items that I ordered. I got McMuffin with ham and the other sandwich was wrong also. That was a McMuffin egg, sausage, cheese instead of the buscuit sandwich. So all in all a reall [censor] experience within 2 days!

McDonald's poor hygiene

Chamonix France. Dogs and wild birds in restaurant. We had food poisoning 48 hours after eating here. Birds flying around defecating on tables. This is totally unacceptable food hygiene standards which I would not expect from McDonalds. McDonald's plastic in the sundae

I bought hot fudge Sundae at the Glenview (Milwaukee ave). I ate sundae and I just found some kinds of plastic rapping thing on my mouth.I took a picture plastic things. So I went to Mcdonald and I told them. Manager just came and he didn't say sorry and just 'you want other one or pay back?' I never don't want eat sundae again so I said just give back 1.56 dollor which was sundae price... I know Glenview(Milwaukee store) employers are very rude (two weeks ago I bought three combo and one Burger, they just give three combo, so I went to store again and they said that they put the burgers in the paper bag... she didn't say sorry, so I called manager and I got another burger). I was not feeling good about this. I am working near that store, so when I went to go out to cover a story, I went to Mcdonald many times. I feel that I am a asian woman, so I am not good at English, so I feel that they just disregard. I am so angry about this situation.

McDonald's wait time/ consistently terrible service

Today at 12:24 in the McDonald's drive thru I ordered a lunch, and after the customer service person being extremely rude they asked me to pull aside the sandwich was still cooking. I waited for a total of 30 minutes prior to leaving the location without the meal that I paid for because it never arrived. Also during that 30 minute time frame no one made an attempt to see if I was okay. Offer me a coupon or refund for my disservice. I tried to contact the the company using number on the receipt and it led to a fax machine.

On 2nd December 2017, I had Veggie burger along with some drinks, For which the Mc Donald charged me 6, 70 EUR, the Details are follows:

The same amount i. e 6, 70 EUR charged twice. The bank statement is attached for the reference. You can observe the same in the 4th row of the bank statement in the Description referred as "Pos Purchase /Mc Donald's/[protected]/937630- Force Pos Transaction"

I would request you to refund the amount 6, 70 EUR. Please do the needful

We visited mc Donald's on wed 24th Jan at junction 61 on way to Newcastle it was a service station our order was disgusting I asked for two bacon sandwiches to which bacon was cold and rubbery and I ordered a bacon and egg muffin nothing else on it I got a really tiny muffin toAsted he egg was hard and bacon different one small pics looked undercooked other was crispy and it was coated with loads of rubbery cheese the cost of this was unacceptable and inedible would never order again you can contact me on [protected] it was at road chef junction 61 /a177

McDonald's food service

The food here is very delicious and I like the menu items. I do feel as if it's a touch overpriced. the food was good, but not amazing. I find it cheap of them to charge for each slice of bread individually. I found our waiter to be snobby but the service was quick which I enjoyed. he had good recommendations on the menu. overall mediocre place, I think some people may be distracted by the view but that was not the case for me.

Food prices are very costly there. And they do not have rights to have their own food prizes.

The food here is very delicious and I like the menu items. I do feel as if it's a touch overpriced. the food was good, but not amazing. I find it cheap of them to charge for each slice of bread individually. I found our waiter to be snobby but the service was quick which I enjoyed. he had good recommendations on the menu. overall mediocre place, I think some people may be distracted by the view but that was not the case for me

McDonald's my meal

Well on Jan 25 @ 450 pm I ran to McDonald's on bethel road in Columbus Ohio and ordered double cheese burger with mac sauce and pickles only ...with small fries and 1 apple pie..
First my double cheese burger was suppose to be a double, I had half pattie and a whole one...the bottom bun was hard...the fries was hard and tasteless...the apple pie was burnt
I was so disappointed I couldn't even return to have them fix it due to I only had a short period of time to return to wrk...I have a picture in including ...the apple pie I just tossed out my window on way to wrk bad habit ate dessert first ..so no pie picture sorry but rest is avail below...Thank u
