I asked the lady with dirty blond hair that is shaved on the under side to not give me a drink carrier 7/20/2022 at 8:45am. She said it is easier for me, I told her I do not want it they are not made well and I don’t want to spill the drinks in my car. She again tells me it is easier for her. She continues to argue. Then rolls her eyes and says you can just give it back. I don’t want the drink carrier because they are not made well and fold with 4 drinks in them. I don’t want to spill them in my car!
Please tell your employee it is not about what is easier. It is about meeting the needs of your customers.
Desired outcome: Employee training on customer service. This was unacceptable over a drink carrier.
Worst french fries ever cold and really limp. Will not go back for a very long time. Hamburger cold and not very good. Ketchup was leaky and very sticky. Lady was ok at the window, but I'd ask for my ff to be well done which usually means hot, and fresh. That was Definitely not the case.
