McDonald's

At 9:30 I drive up to a drive thru at this Folsom location. I waited for 30 secs, no one. I said 'hello, are you open?' nothing. I waited, maybe they were busy. I said 'hello after another minute. So, maybe the website hours, I checked before leaving my house were wrong and they were closed.

I drive up to the last window. There is no one, but two employees were cleaning, filling cup holds. I honked for about :30 secs, but it seemed like they ignored. (you want to start cleaning after you've served the customer? hello) Then another young man was walking up near window and I honked and startled him, he opened the window, I told him this same story. And said, 'so are you open or not.' He says what's your order. Totally ignored. And before I left the drive up speaker, the truck behind me, backed up and left.

I continued to ask what happened and they and two others came to see the action, but not one word or apology as to why I had to wait. I know it hard to find good employees, but I owned a business and these running this location would have been fired. I'd have shorter hours before I had these incompetents who also can't talk and sanswer questions. The three of them stood there like dodo birds staring at me. No explanation, nothing. LOl. Unbelievable.
