McDonald's

We was at McDonald’s on 2048 hwy 20 we had a Mobil order and we was waiting for 10-15 mins so we diced to go look in the note on the door bc the lobby was closed and it had a number to call. So we called and nobody answered and decided to call again they picked up then hung up so for the 3rd time I called and the MOD answered I said I have now been waiting 20 mins for a Mobil order and let him now I was in the front. He said give the the order number I said okay let me look he said excuse me very hateful so I stated please give me a sec I’m tryi bc to pull it up he huffed and hung up on me! So we decided to pull to the drive thru and asked for MOD and our food cause now it’s been 25 mins and he was the guy in the phone so we asked for his name he proceeded to shut the window in our face and not even give us sauce. I have been a manager for McDonald’s and this is no way to treat people I’m sorry but I probably won’t ever try to go back here! This is also a pic of the MOD that did this.
