A couple wks I went to your store on 6720 W. Archer Ave. Placed order and crew messed everything up I was missing literally almost half of my order and I called and no one answered. I complained and I received a phone call from a manager and she was going to give me a full credit for the inconvenience. I tried to redeem my credit and the worker denied it and was very rude and slam a bag and closed the drive thru window in my face. My kids got scared cause she was yelling and had a furious face. I ended up leaving after making a 20 minute wait line. If you guys have cameras you will see her rudeness
