McDonald's food and soda

Went to grab late night dinner and all our food was cold and soda was nothing but carbonation. We were they only customers there at the late time. My boyfriend and i come often. And dont want to have to pick another mcdonlands. The worker there acted like we were imposing on her for even ordering.
I'd like a complete refund.

McDonald's latest tv commercial

I must say that McDonalds latest TV commercial that show some rap person advertising for McDonalds has got to be the dumbest, most stupid, revolting commercial ever. Just who do you think wants to see some nitwit rapper being a total idiot, not me and lots and lots of others.

I must say that when it is shown, I turn off the TV, I just do not want to see that revolting commercial.

Don't want to go to McDonalds after seeing that stupid commercial.

the commercial about advertising a burger and then you have a cow "mooing" after and I feel
that is a disgrace when you have to slaughter the cow for your burger. who's lame idea was that!

There are many commercials in the world that are disliked by people. Change the channel and ignore it. If it is still on TV, odds are that not that many people hate it. Plus it has certainly grabbed your attention, which is the point of a commercial.

Your "lots and lots of others" may just be a drop in the bucket.

McDonald's food poisoning

I had a terrible experience with McDonalds! I used to love McDonalds and went there at least once a month and was always satisfied with the quality of the food and their service. But last time when I went there I got poisoned!
I ordered a Bug Mac burger and when I got back home I felt a terrible pain in my stomach.
While I was eating my burger I noticed that there was something strange about the taste, but I was so hungry and ate it all. This was the first time I got poisoned in McDonalds!

McDonald's poor standards of food handling (hygienic)

I went to McDonalds with my staffs this morning February 2, 2017 around 4:00 in the morning (McDonalds Alabang Branch - Acacia Street) to take our breakfast.

Upon entering said premises of McDonalds, I merely slipped because of the wet floor (NO signage of precaution at first, after a while, they put the wet floor sign). After ordering, the cashier advised us to be seated and food will be served in a short while.

I was surprised and angered when I saw this girl (one of the staff) approaching us to serve our orders. She was the same staff I saw mopping/brushing the floor and drying it out with her bare hands. I immediately rushed to the cashier to look for the supervisor or head of that branch. WOW, he was really a mad dog, No manners at all.

He told me that there was nothing wrong with a girl mopping the floor (who dried it up with her bare hands) serving us? He said it doesn't matter she serving us because she already used a hand sanitizer to clean her hands. All the while, we saw that she only wiped her hands clean with her apron.

If you where in the position just like what I witnessed, will you be happy knowing dirt and bacteria of ALL kinds are on the floor will be transferred to the food we were about to consume? I strongly suggest you investigate on this matter and if proven, Fire that guy with a crab mentality. He even dare me to file a complaint! Name of the guy is Caristensen Gonzales (attached photo of his handwriting.
Note: The securuty guard approached to pacify us, The guard says sorry to me, This angered him and ask the guard, Manong bakit ka nag sorry?

McDonald's fish sandwich

I went to the MC D at 1910 50th St. Lubbock, Texas today before noon. I order the Fish Sandwich, I haven't had one in a while and it sounded good. I had to wait, they didn't have any ready. When I got it, it was cold, the bun had not been heated! And I only got a half a slice of cheese! How much money does that save McD's? I know from now on I will wait for Lent, and get a fish sandwich from Sonic.

McDonald's food order

Hello,

My name is Troy Spencer and I'm writing this complaint due to the food service from the McDonald's Restaurant located on Commerce Street in the Village of Lake Delton, Wi 53940.

I'm a resident of Baraboo, Wi 53913, which is just a few miles south of Lake Delton. The last three visits to the Lake Delton McDonald's on Commerce Street have been disturbing. In the last three visits, the person who took my order, via drive-thru, screwed up my order and forgot to give me at least one or two items. Due to time constraints, I was unable to return to the restaurant on each trip and request the rest of my order.

I frequent this particular McDonald's because of working in the area for the past 17 years. There seems to be a pattern though and is very annoying when you have children in the back of a vehicle screaming why he/she didn't get what they ordered. Please take this complaint into consideration and feel free to contact me at S3119 Brostron Road Baraboo, Wi 53913.

McDonald's men's restroom, sink, faucet side door homeless hanging around too long.

I'm an occassional customer at this McD's outlet (Store#33360, 255 Kinoole St., Hilo, HI 96720, [protected]. The men's restroom sink faucet
hasn't been repaired in over one week, it doesn't dispense water to wash.
Also, the side door is always locked, to deter he wandering homeless from
sneaking into the restrooms, most times messing up the place. "NOT", to
forget?, allowing the homeless to rest around the premises, mostly outside. This makes the regular customers uncomfortable looking at, or
being around, even though this is a short time in transit in getting their food, possibly eating on the established grounds. The local cops come here
on occassion, to clean up the domestic conflicts which arise from them,
by just loitering around to long. Some of the employees are just a bit to
rude at customers.

McDonald's delivery services

29.January.2017 (between 2pm-3.30pm) I just made an order to McDonalds through the website. Firstly, the order came in very late, I depend on McD thinking i wouldn't starve myself, instead i have a mild gastric now. On top of having mild gastric, the fries i ordered is old and not fresh at all. The coke is diluted. I hope my burger isn't rotten. What happened to the dependable service from McD? No wonder the competition is leading the market. Fix your service and quit thinking you can push the less fresh meals to the delivery customers.

McDonald's unethical behaviour from gm

My daughter works for McDonald's in Medina, TN and the GM there Clint Smith is breaking the work labor laws. He is not letting his employees take breaks when working more than 5 hours. He also is unprofessional with them. He acts irrational, has mood swings, and just plain mean according to a lot of employees. Some even say he is taking steroids. What bothers me is his lack of respect for his employees. No one should have to for go eating when working after 5 hours or when corporate is due to show up. I'm sure McDonald's does not want a lawsuit. The owners Jeff and Tyler Gamble have been told of the GM's actions but neither one has done anything about him. Many employees have left this McDonald's because of these issues. I hope that this gets some attention.

McDonald's mcdonalds manager

I have tried numerous times to get a hold of this McDonalds for a party.
I'm either greeted with an annoying Hellloooo. Or the phone isn't answered at all. I refuse to answer to someone that is annoyed. I get that working in customer service isn't easy. But I too also working in a field that I'm to be professional. This has been happening for the passed 2 months. Now the time has passed for the party. I wanted to get questions answered such as how much the party was going to cost, if I had to provide my own cake. I have even stopped in and bought food and I can't believe that I have seen people on their cellphones, people touching their hats and then trying to take orders. There is no excuse for rudeness. I'm tired of the treatment from the Coshocton store. The mangers are just as bad. Even the Store Manager!

McDonald's fries

Every time I have ordered fries at mcdonalds they are never fresh and they are super salty and not even worth eating. I go in to get it fixed and they don't even make them fresh they do not taste good at all. I even ask for light salt and basically all the fries are salty to the point that it's gross . I am not one to complain but it seems lately the fries are never good . I hate paying for food that isn't even worth eating

McDonald's food handling

Last week Jan., 2017, Mountain Home AR

We stop at McDonald's at least three times a week. Someone needs to tell the teenaged boys that the paper is on the ice cream cone cup, to ensure better food handling policy and to protect customers, especially during cold and flu season. So, why do they hand the cone to each other by the large, upper part of the cone and totally avoiding using the paper-wrapped portion, as though their germs don't matter? This is disgusting to people, we don't know where their hands have been.

McDonald's service/food

I recently visited the McDonald's at Harry & Webb after avoiding it for several months due to ongoing issues. I see that they have not been resolved. The service is extremely slow. As a former manager for several franchised McDonald's, including this one under former ownership, I am familiar with certain aspects of the business. I have often had to wait well over 10 minutes from the time I enter the drive thru lane until I have received my food. I even attempted to visit during a known "shop" time to see if something would change, it does not. I have done things like timed the service, weighed the French fries and asked to have my order repeated back for accuracy. This McDonald's fails miserably each and every time. They never try to achieve a "WOW" moment and customer recovery must be unheard of at this establishment. In the future I will drive the extra distance to visit another McDonald's just to avoid the inconvenience.

McDonald's product

How hard is it to serve fresh hot food? I can not get a fresh order of fries or a fresh fish any more. I am tired of trying. A waste of time and money to go to McDonalds. I went 1/24/2017 at around or about 7:00 pm. Once again let down both fish and fries went in the trash. However, I took a picture of the fish sandwich thought maybe Facebook folks might get a kick out of it. I bet the owner would not be pleased and would like to think they would not have served it as well. I am done with the golden arches.

How do you think "fast" food is so fast? It is because the items are cooked almost always in advance and remain heated to be ready for ordering. You can ask them if the items were recently cooked or you can go inside and see if they will do that for you, but it is not required. Sometimes you have to sacrifice freshness for price and convenience. You may also want to consider what time of day you visit.

McDonald's 1530 3rd ave, seattle at 12:40 pm 1/24/17

I ordered a Grand Big Mac and a filet o'fish.

Your security guard got into an argument with an unruly customer.

When the customer nudged your guard the security guard started boxing the man's face, repetitively.

The man did not fight back screaming "What are you doing? Stop it! Stop it!"

Your security guard hit the man at lest six right and left punches in his head, across his temple and face.

After it was over (about 3-4 minutes) I got up, threw away my food and left.

I believe that McDonald's is liable because I do not think this guard handled the situation properly and I should at least be reimbursed.

McDonald's unethical behaviour from a manager

It was midnight on Sat 21-01-17 at 12.01am. I used the drive-thru at Caloundra, Bullcock St. to order 3 frozen slurpees of each flavour. After waiting for approx 2mins at the silent speaker box I thought the restaurant was closed so I proceeded to the payment window. As I was waiting for service I noticed the neon sign advertising open 24hrs. I continued to wait another few minutes, still wondering if they were open for service? Then a staff member appeared with the cash till in her hands and a look on her face that could kill. I waited patiently while she placed the till in the register. She then unlocked and slammed the window open and said rudely that I can only order if I have cash as the tills were down and no cards will be accepted. I replied that I have $3 for mixed slurpees as she ignorantly turned away from me and said she has to go get the calculator. Then a lovely young girl took over and asked what happened. I told her and she apologised for the managers poor service. On collection of my order the manager rudely said there is only 2 flavours available. I made my choice as she rolled her eyes at my request. It was an effort for her to serve me and then she gave me a wrong order. I was too scared to complain about it so I asked her if she is the manager. 'Yeeahhh' was the rude reply as she turned away from me so I yelled from my car window that her service was horrible. I returned later that morning approx 11am to order a tall caramel latte. It was the worst latte I've tasted, the coffee was burnt, the milk smelled off and there was way too much flavour overpowering. It was extremely hot and it burnt my mouth (I still have blisters now) I found the managers service absolutely appalling! I'd like a written apology from her personally and a refund on the latte that burnt my mouth and was undrinkable. I will never return to that restaurant. But on a bright note I will vote McDonalds at Kuluin number one for outstanding service and quality of the menu every time. Thank you

McDonald's slow service

Why are all McDonalds service so slow when the food is precooked? Every time it takes forever to get your order. Personally, the only thing that I even like there is the sausage biscuit. The hamburgers taste like cardboard and the fries are never crisp and always wimpy. My daughter likes to go there and the last two times our order was screwed up. I stopped at a store on 1/20/17. Went in and ordered a sausage biscuit to go. There was one customer inside and two in the drive thru. It took 17 minutes to get my order.

McDonald's sausage egg muffin

I'd bought a Sausage Egg Muffin on 20/1/2017 at Ulu Kelang McDonald. Invoice [protected] at 10:08am. The Muffin is found scorched after I opened it at office! What a disappointed and ridiculous breakfast that I ever had in my life! I'll posted the pictures on my Facebook to tell all my friends not going to McDonald again! I've to post this to public because this charred Muffin will lead to Cancer after eaten! I've support McDonald for more than 20 years, and this is the serious Muffin I ever had in my life!

McDonald's poor service

I am finally writing about the poor, slow service that continues at the McDonald's on Reading Rd. in Ephrata, PA. It has always been the slowest (painfully so) worst customer service of any McDonald's I've ever been to. It burned down and they rebuilt so the community had high hopes for it. It is now slower than ever (isn't there a way for the corporation to know this?) and on Monday, January 16, an incident put me over the edge and I wanted to share. I had a screaming baby in the back seat. It was exactly 11am and my dad and I were literally excited to see that the drive through had no line which meant fast service, right? We couldn't have been more wrong. We ordered a big mac meal. That's it. We paid and waited at the next window. 6 cars pulled behind us. No one came to our window to give us food but in my rear view mirror noticed that people were being served through the first window and driving out around us! Someone finally came to the window and said, "I know you are here...I don't kknow what is taking so long." And left! I put the car in park and turned it off and walked back to the first window. And waited as the person took orders from other cars. About 5 minutes later, the lady at the second window finally called to me to get back in my car, my order was ready. No apology. No explanation. I stared at her waiting for something. Anything. I asked her why everyone behind me was being served and driving around us. She said she didn't know and she shut the window and stared me down all the while mouthing something to me but I don't know what although I could tell she was telling me off. I drove off. How about, "sorry for the wait, here is a $5 gift card"? or, "here's your money back, I do apologize." The McDonald's there is known in the community for being the worst around. Maybe no one cares but I just wanted to share.
