Macy's review: Racist salesperson

I was shopping at Macy's in Tyrone Square Mall, the sales lady was looking at me and said nothing. I should have know that was a bad sign I asked her I'd she could help me. I told her the lipstick that I wanted and she was so rude I was calling a friend and she asked me if I was going to hang up my phone. I didn't see how my phone was stopping her from getting the lipstick. She was truly a Karen. Every color Mac lipgloss I asked her for she said that they didn't have it. She left me there and went over to help other ladies of a different race. She was so pleasant and polite I could bot believe it was the same lady. I was so upset at the treatment from this lady, trust me it was more but giving you the slimmed down version that I started walking out the store. I'm a frequent shopper at this mall and the lady at the fragrance counter asked me if I was buying fragrance today and I told her no I came to get some Mac but I was treated so rudely that I was leaving. She offered to go back and wait in me. All the lipgloss that I had asked June, about and she said they didn't have, they had plenty. So I purchased them. I just can't believe because the color of my skin would stop you from selling me a product and treating me with respect. I understand people don't like people because of the color of their skin or the way they talk and that's their stupidity, but when you're working with the public at Macy's you should not be allowed to treat customers that way. I hope they look at the cameras, and see the way that she treats customers. I'm sure I wasn't the only one, but I decided to speak up. Macy's you need to do better with your employees, this was not OK!
