I really enjoy shopping at Century 21. They have excellent customer service and their prices are great. I go to the 86th street Brooklyn branch all the time to buy clothes for my husband, grandkids, and even for my home. I always find amazing clearance prices and high-quality brand name clothing. What I love the most is the extra percent off they offer from time to time. It's just awesome! And let's not forget about the points reward system, which is a great way to save even more. Thank you, Century 21, for all the amazing savings you provide. :)

I gotta say, my recent trip to Century 21 Stores was a real letdown. I mean, sure, there were a couple of decent finds, but nothing that really blew me away. I've been dealing with Beverly at Century 21 Stores for quite some time now, specifically in Calaveras County. Let me tell you, you really need to have a whole lot of patience when working with her. She always promises to call you back, but guess what? You never, ever get a call back. And when she finally does call, she'll say she'll have an answer to your offer by tomorrow. But guess what? Tomorrow comes and goes, and there's nothing. It's been a whole month and I still haven't received any response, whether it's a denial or a counter to my offer. My check is just stuck in limbo, and it's frustrating as heck. So, my advice to you is to read every single document carefully. I specifically told Beverly to submit an offer for a certain amount and to split the closing fees, but she went ahead and put a different amount with the seller paying all the closing fees. Obviously, they weren't going to accept that.

So, I decided to go and talk to Darci, who works in the same office and represents the seller. Let me tell you, she is just plain rude. She's always telling me that I'm wasting her time and the seller's time. She talks down to me like I'm some nobody. These ladies are supposed to be in customer service jobs, but that's one thing they seriously lack. Darci even had the audacity to tell me that she doesn't have time to entertain me anymore. Can you believe that? I submitted an offer that was $5,000 below the asking price. How is that even offensive? It's not, because that's why we have counters. But to this day, I still haven't received any counter or any sort of response from her.

So, do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from their office. Trust me, it's not worth stepping foot in there.
