Macy's review: Customer service

I was with my friend on Saturday the 14th at the Salem OR Macy's. She was asking a teller if she could cancel her pick up order since it wasn't ready so she could just purchase the items since she was in need of them. The customer service lady with a very snotty attitude told her it wasn't possible. She then said she would go ask and went in the back loudly talking badly about my friend and talking about other stuff and not checking on the items that were ordered for pick up. The lady wouldn't let my friend even just purchase the items she wanted because they were already paid for and the whole time was being rude. It almost seemed like racial profiling. To end up finding out the next day the item order was cancelled and she never got her items that she was needing for her daughter.
