Lowe's Fence Installation

Installer did not know how to install fence correctly. Did NOT use a tape measure. Lots of boards not nailed properly. Missing lots of nails. Boards screwed to nothing. Fence is not even straight. Very unsatisfactory. Called Lowe's after installer's first day to complain. They didn't take care of it. Told me tell the installer how I wanted it done. He should know how it is to be installed. I shouldn't have to tell him. If that were the case I would have in's to the fence myself. Talked to a representative a couple more times with no real resolution. Finally gave up. Ridiculous

Lowe's Windows installation

We bought 15 pelle windows they came in in around oct 2020 installor came and they were measured wrong got new one just in 4 weeks now still cant not get your installor to call or come by. This is wrong store not sure what they are doing. Cant leave until they are replaced I talking to lawer this is total [censored]. No one keeps us up to date we are missing out on travel bussines etc.

Lowe's Price promise (matching) not honored for local retailer floor and decor

I live in Austin, TX. I am a residential bathroom remodeling / tile installation contractor. I was denied a price match for ½ Hardie Backer Board from Floor and Décor (www.flooranddecor.com) Home Depot honored the price match plus 10% of cost difference.

The price match met the Price Promise policy for local retailers ( https://www.lowes.com/l/price-promise.html?searchTerm=price%20match) which states, "If you find a current lower price on an identical in-stock item from another local retailer, we'll match the price. Just bring the ad, printout or photo and show an associate so we can validate the price on the competitor's website or ad to complete the price match. Lowe's Price Promise includes the price of the item(s) plus shipping or delivery cost."

Floor and Decor is a local retailer with identical in-stock item at a lesser price. (https://www.flooranddecor.com/company-info/about-us.html)

I don't believe any of the "Price Promise" policy exclusions apply either ( https://www.lowes.com/l/price-promise.html?searchTerm=price%20match). If they do Lowe's should specify which one applies.

I was told by the local store Customer Service Department that Lowe's is only price matching to Home Depot. This is not specified in their "Price Promise" policy.

I went to Home Depot and they honored the price match plus 10% of the price difference. There stated policy is very similar to Lowe's. Home Depot's "Low Price Guarantee" states, "If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any other retailer, we will match the price. Just bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation. (This may involve the associate contacting the competitor).

So why doesn't Lowes honor the price match like Home Depot with similar policies?

Desired outcome: Honor "Price Promise" for local retailers or provide a documented approved and/or excluded list.

Lowe's Appliance Warranty

Purchased Whirlpool refrigerator 08-19 -18. Added 5 yr protection plan to purchase.

Problem started 10/23/20

4 different service company's tried charging system, added leak dye to system, NEVER found leak.
Replaced 2 evaporator coils, compressor and still problem is not resolved.

NOT 1 Service company ever called back to follow up on each visit.

Waited 2 weeks between service calls. totally unnaceptable warranty service from Lowes associated repair service's.

Its been 6 (SIX) months refrigerator still not cooling or making Ice.
hundreds of dollars in LOST food, replacement Ice, time and labor to keep our food under refrigeration.

Lowe's Ring doorbell

I purchased a Ring doorbell camera from Lowes on Plainfield in Michigan.
the Doorbell does not work very good. Went to do a return and was told by Ryan the store manger because I
paid cash and did not have a receipt they would not do a refund. I ask for a store credit and was still rejected
I spent a lot of money at Lowes over the past year and a half and this is the way customers get treated.

Lowe's Employee complaint

Employee complaint So I'm sure that they will not print this but I will say it anyways I was working at a store in orange county California when I found out several of my employees or coworkers we're coming down with Covid 19 through the holidays at that time I received a leave of absence so that not to bring the disease home to my family because they were lying to my face and telling me they sprayed the store and that they let all the workers know when other coworkers had it which was a complete lie to my face.. I was granted a leave from January 11 till March 26 during that time when I called my work to get put back on the schedule they said that I was fired on February 18 for job abandonment now I have spent almost a month trying to get my job back even though I have proof that I was granted to leave so I would not catch the disease and bring it home and spread it throughout my neighborhood but now no one can seem to help me I'm just swept under the rug I wonder how many customers caughtCOVID-19 while shopping at my store it was the Rancho Santa Margarita store that is number 0758 now I have to get a lawyer and file a wrongful termination lawsuit no one can seem to help me now I know what it feels like to be a customer except for I am an employee and they always talk about we're family I would never treat my family the way they're treating me...

Lowe's Refrigerator filter didn't fit

Bought a refidgerator filter that didn't fit... When to store near me to return without receipt and they said I couldn't not... I said how bout store credit they said no. So I thought it was because I bought from different store. Took it there same thing. Call customer no service after waiting on call for 1hr. 16 mins. She said stores have they own policies and theres nothing she can do... Never had that problem before there. So guess what they lost a customer for life for $23.00! Home depot from now own! Lowe's Dishwasher

On March 25 I put in an online order for a dishwasher. It was finally scheduled for delivery on April 13. On April 13 my dishwasher was installed. We received a receipt stating that we purchased the dishwasher on April 13. On April 13 my husband noticed that the same exact dishwasher was selling for $120.00 less than our purchase price. I called Lowes to find out if we could get the sales price since it wasn't actually purchased until the 13th. We were told that since we ordered it (not paid for it) on March 25 that we did not qualify for the reduction.

I'm not sure why the company would not want to give their customer the better pricing, but I guess this is Lowe's policy. I don't feel Lowe's is a customer friendly store and will be taking my business elsewhere. I also plan on putting my story on as many places as I can so people can see what Lowe's is really like as far being customer friendly.

I do feel that the reduced price should be give to me.
