I purchase a brand new tire because I had a flat on my front left tire I was not told my tires aren't supposed to hold the weight of my vehicle instead I was charged 150$ for a tire without knowing that my tire went flat because they are to small for my car and so I drove and a day later my right tire was flat and I went to discount tire to see if they can repair it and they said no because those tires aren't safe for them to work on because mr tires aren't meant to hold my vehicle weight and they would only sell me a bigger tire and my car would be higher up on one side so it made no sense to buy that instead I'm left to buy 4 bigger used tires for the price I paid for one and the tire I bought from you guys is litterally a waist of money and you guys should have told me that my tires aren't safe for my vehicle

I'm not sure who I need to speak to, but hopefully this is the best direction. I lost steering control of my truck & spun 180 early yesterday morning because the steering arm let go because Les Schwab forgot to tighten down one side of it after centering my steering wheel from a 4-wheel alignment.

They've already taken responsibility for it and replaced most of the parts and labor and no cost to me. I have included photo I took of the truck right after it happened. This could have been catastrophic if it would have happened at highway speed, or traveling over the pass with my family. I lost a day my wife had to take time off work to come & get me. I ended up paying for a part.

I'm still really shaken from the experience and want to know how in the world can something so serious like this happen to put my life, families life's, public life's in jeopardy? It really didn't seem to be taken very seriously and like okay we'll take care of it. My life, families life's are very serious to me and the trust I've put into the company for 20 plus.. I've always been willing to pay a little more for piece of mind now that has been brought into question.

I'm wanting to know what liability Les Schwab feels they have to me, my family for putting our lives in danger and what steps are going to be put in place so this never happens again to anyone else.

On the morning of [protected] we had a flat tire while commuting to work, upon taking the tire into the store at 8:00 a.m we were told the tire was no good I asked them to replace it and reinstall the spare into the holder under the truck . It took the store an hour & a half to change one tire and then they threw the spare into the bed of the truck and told me I'd need to put it back and they also did not install the hub cab back onto the vehicle either, the young man also wanted to charge for the new tire saying it wasn't covered under warranty but after some discussion and me stating I'd drive it to central Oregon to the headquarters to get it covered he said he'd take care of it . After such a horrible experience I will be recommending we take all company vehicles to a different tire retailer so we can receive the service that we expect from now on !

I took my brand new tires and rims that I bought in June @ Les Schwab to have my first free rotation done. The wait time was not that long and the staff was busy but polite during the wait. When I got the truck home I noticed that the technician who serviced the vehical had scratched the center caps and the surface area where the lug nut meets the rim. I was totally shocked by this becuause when I bought the tires they were able to install them without any damages at all the rims looked perfect at time of install, but when I get them serviced the first time it's like they got lazy and didn't put the extra effor to make sure the wheels weren't damaged during the service. Really disappointed in this 1st service and want a follow up from corporate regarding this matter.

I purchased tires from Les Schwab and had a brake problem. The first mechanic said I needed a master cylinder. So I changed the mater cylinder. Still did not fix the problem. So I made a appointment to have diagnostic on brake system. Again they told me I needed a master cylinder. After paying $119.00 diagnostic fee they told me I needed a master cylinder again. I went back to tell them it was not the master cylinder it was the abs system and wanted credit for this fee. And they tuned me down. I was not asking for the two times the master cylinders I bought but the fee. The manager was Mlke Mchaney in Marysville, Calif. He is the rudest person I have dealt with in years. On top of it he lied to me about well they worked on the truck for two hours. When they spent 40 minutes the last time. I said if it $123.00 an hours diagnostic and they work 2 hours why was I only charged the $119.00. After buying two or three sets of tires between here and grass Valley, Ca. this is the last businees they will get from me. Tom Evans, Plumas Lake, Calif.

After buying tires from Les Schwab located on Minnehaha in Hazel Dell, WA. I was told I needed rear brake shoes on my 1997 Chevrolet pickup I needed brake shoes and they would install them for $238.00 so I took the truck in to my mechanic and he found their is 50 percent brake shoe left. So as a senior citizen how many others has been scammed at this tire center ?
Any one know ?

my mother-in-law just purchased two new front tires to replace, two of four .two out of the four she bought from them earlier and less than 40, 000 miles on the car in the front ones wore out due to it looks like an alignment problem she's been regularly taking the car in to have air pressure checked and rotating the tires and nobody ever mentioned it anything about any problems.she had two tires put on they charged her $6 for each tire for valve stem replacement it has a monitoring system they didn't touch .they charged her $12 for no reason at all and then for the warranty the other ones were balanced and they charged her again for balancing $28 and total trying to make sure the warranty was good witch should have been under the warranty of the first tires she bought. they charge for a total of 185 19 when I think it's very high and unnecessary be that high for two tires if this is a result I believe we'll go someplace else next time and they marked the mils wrong by adding 500more mils on the invoice.
