I called the swab around 5:00 in the evening and asked them if I can come pick up the battery they had charging for me and what time they closed I was told 7:00 I get here at 6:40 they're turning off the lights will not open the door will not give me a battery and ignore me tell me they're closing early

Desired outcome: Some respect and decency and to be compensated,for because of them and the way they acted I had to pay $50 to get the car towed instead of just putting the battery in it because it was Park illegally where it was
