Les Schwab Tire Center review: screw in tire

Went in to have a screw pulled out of the side of my tire today. Honestly, I hate going in there, because every time I do it is the same story: "we can repair that, we will have to sell you a new tire."
Why? You know I might believe it once, but this keeps happening over and over and over and the warranty on these tires is absolutely worthless. It has happened to my dad, and has now happened to me - the last 3 set of tires I have bought from les schwab.
The warranty on these tires isnt even up, I realize i'm not a rich person and only bought 30, 000 mile tires, but they still have 10, 000 miles to go on the warranty!
Every time I go in it is the exact same story..."the sides of your tires are starting to separate so legally we really can fix them and you need new tires" so how do I get les schwab to either fix the tire or stand behind the warranty and replace the tire, even if at a prorated cost?! Im so tired of dealing with this at this store! Is this the way les schwab does business at all of its stores?
I could still drive the car with the screw in the tire, but who knows if and when it is going to go flat on me? I cant afford a new tire until the first of the month, let alone 4. But if les schwab doesnt want to make any of this right, I can assure you I will be buying 4 new tires come the first, yes even though they are not wore out, but I will get four new matching tires - and it will be anywhere but at a les schwab. I cant believe what a good reputation the business has if this is what they do to people.
