Les Schwab Tire Center review: battery warranty

I bought a truck and it had a new lesschwab battery in it that kept going dead . I took it to lesschwab they tested it it was bad they asked me myu name to look up the batterie i said i didnt buy it it was in the truck when i got it they then asked who i purchased it from i told them they looked up the sellers account found the batterie and said the past owners account was past due soo no warranty to me what kind of crap is that
