They dont accept returns. Beware! I lost $100 on an item I couldnt use.

Do not buy from them. They take your money and never deliver your product. When you call to get status, they don't return your calls. My furniture has been complete for 2 months, but not delivered and they refuse to give status.

I've been waiting for my two chairs from JMX Brands, Inc. for a long time now. It's been about 6 months and they still haven't arrived. I've tried calling them multiple times, but they never answer the phone. It's really frustrating. They also never return my calls. Instead, they send me excuses through email. It's just really disappointing. Every email I receive from them just offers more excuses. It's a complete disaster trying to get these chairs. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Still waitin for my refund! I ordered bed steps back in January when the website was quotin 12-16 weeks. This would have been the perfect timeframe, but it came and went with no steps. I cancelled the order and was told that there would be a 15% restockin fee, and that the $39.99 shippin to get the steps to me (even though that never happened) that I was charged could not be refunded (even though the small steps were put onto a truck/trailer with quite a bit of other items which were comin to you anyway). Thomas said in his email on April 25th, 2022 that I would be issued a refund that would show on my credit card account in 3 - 5 days. That was 20 days ago. WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED? I understand the whole supply chain conundrum, so please don't give a reply with that excuse. If the products are takin longer with any potential supply chain interruptions, then your website should immediately be updated to reflect such. I have emailed many times askin when my refund will be processed. Thomas answers other questions, but not that one. Seriously fraudulent for the company to hold funds like that, and to charge for shippin from your warehouse to me when that never happened. This had been a pre-order to see the quality before orderin the bedroom, livin room, and dinin room furniture. That won't be happenin.

I gotta tell ya, I had a real issue with Dutch Crafters from Sarasota FL. They totally tricked me with their false advertising, man. So, I was on the hunt for a cabinet to fit under my wall mounted TV for, like, forever. I needed it to be at least 18" deep, ya know? It was a struggle to find one that met my needs. But then, one day, I stumbled upon Dutch Crafters on Google. Their ad claimed that the cabinet was 18 1/4" deep and you could even choose the length and height. No mention anywhere that these measurements were "onerall" measurements. So, I thought, "Hey, this is it!" and I placed my order.

Fast forward 3 months, when the cabinet finally arrived. The height and length were fine, no issues there. But guess what? The depth of the shelves was only 15" and the drawers were a measly 12" deep. I was livid, man! I wasted no time and immediately reached out to Dutch Crafters customer service. Let me tell ya, it took them forever to get back to me. Finally, after a bunch of back-and-forth emails with their so-called "cs specialist," they dropped the bomb on me. Dutch Crafters had no intention of doing anything about their misleading advertisement. Can you believe it? Now I'm out $2400.00, just like that.

On June 18th, I ordered a table from Dutchcrafters. It had a Storm Grey Top and an Ebony black leg and skirt. I paid $395.90 as a down payment. On July 7th, I made another payment of $395.90. Finally, on October 7th, I paid the remaining amount of $690.26, which was required before delivery. On October 14th, I received my table, and immediately I noticed that the top was a blue color, not the brownish Storm Grey that I had seen on their website. I even had a sample of Storm Grey from another company to compare. I contacted Dutchcrafters and informed them that they did not make the color Storm Grey, but instead a blue color, perhaps similar to Indigo blue or something blue.

They told me to compare their sample to the table. I did compare the color on their website to the table, and it was clearly a different color than the Storm Grey shown on their website. However, I decided to wait for their samples to arrive. The Storm Grey on the sample at the back was clearly not the color of my table, but it did match their website. The front of the sample had recently been stained, as I could smell the fresh stain of a blue color. The back, on the other hand, was Storm Grey. They did not color the sides of the sample very well, and the Storm Grey color was showing through on the sides. I have attached pictures for reference. I have never seen wood stain samples with two completely different colors on the front and back. It seems like they are trying to deceive me. The Storm Grey sample they provided, with the tag clearly shown, and the Storm Grey on their website are the same, but it is not the color of my table!

They need to refund my money and pick up the table, or significantly reduce the price since I did not receive what I ordered. I waited for over 3 months for this table. Thank you
