My $4,000 LA-Z-Boy recliner had the electronics fail 6 weeks to the day of delivery. Not a power or connector issue and since it is all electronically controlled it is now a big paperweight. Started calling Customer Care around 2pm and the number was busy or on hold for 2 hours until the phone system switches to the call back on Monday at 9am message. So it will continue to be worthless to me for 3 days plus however long it takes LA-Z-Boy to honor their “Lifetime Warranty”. A warranty is worth little when you cant use their poorly made product.
Recommendation: Buy a cheaper product. My opinion now is that they are all built to be disposable and the warranty is not worth the inflated price.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
