Quality and reliability of our La-Z-boy loveseat recliner has been extremely disappointing. We required multiple electrical functions to be repaired, and now one of the chairs is unusable because a major spring broke in the back and needs repair before we can use it. The other chair also appears to be deteriorating since it creaks every time you sit in it. Also the rug we purchased is completely matted in the traffic areas and looks horrible. We’d appreciate your review and compensation consideration in this matter.

Claimed loss: We paid $5,294.02 for both of these items. We have no confidence parts will not keep breaking and we have concerns as to the safety of these poorly built chairs.

Desired outcome: Return products for a full refund so we can buy some quality replacements.
