We bought 2 leather recliners in 2018. I also purchased the 10 year warranty for both chairs and a sofa.
We have no children, no pets, no hard use on these chairs except 2 adults and occasionally guests in our home.
On both chairs underneath the arm rests, one chair has peeled away from the seam. Inspecting the other side of this chair, its starting to do the same thing. Further, checking a 2nd chair, same cracking.

Desired outcome: Would like these repaired as I have been denied under store warranty and warranty I purchased. These 2 chairs almost $4000+when purchased
