2023 Kia Forte GT
I purchased a new Kia Forte & drove it for approximately 2 months & started having issues with it swaying on the road, scheduled a service at the dealership & was told it needed a front end alignment, had that done & drove it another 2 months or so it started doing it again, was even worse at swaying on the road so had it towed to the dealership & they told us it would be 3-4 weeks before they could even get to it so picked up the vehicle & scheduled it at another location, they said needs another front end alignment & tires was also told at time of purchase it had a bumper to bumper warranty then at time of repairs needing done they said not covered under warranty, I am a 62 year old woman who lives on a fixed income & this is my very first purchase of a new car & feel I have been taken advantage of tremendously, I need help on trying to get this resolved!
Desired outcome: To have my car repaired correctly & get a complete refund for the additional warranty we purchased
2019 Kia Sportage
My car was stolen on August 5, 2023. There was no recall in place for my vehicle for any anti-theft measures. I spoke with Kia today and they claim that I am not eligible for any compensation due to my car being equipped with an immobilizer. My car was stolen! Criminals are duplicating their key fobs and it is mostly happening with KIA. Criminals are a step ahead of KIA and KIA has no remorse for its customers. I have been a loyal KIA owner since 2014. I now have out of pocket charges for rental cars due to me maxing out my rental benefits with my insurance (due to kia taking so long to get some of the repairs approved by warranty) and a large deductible.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate some type of compensation to assist with the cost.
KIA after sales service
I am trying to register a KIA Vehicle in UK, bought new in France and first registered in September 2014. I live in UK. This the response I get from Customer Service of KIA UK. Is this how you want the KIA brand to be represented? All I want is a copy of the KIA Certificate of Conformity for the KIA Venga 1.4 CRDI Style.

Pear White Paint
I have a 2020 Kia Telluride with a huge spot that the paint came off by the sunroof! Sounds like this is a common issue & needs to be addressed ASAP! I was shocked at all the complaints for this particular paint and learned it is discontinued. This is my first Kia vehicle! Kia should stand behind their vehicles, do the right thing and correct the problem!

I filed a claim with KIA in regard to my 2016 Optima leaking oil in May of 2023 under claim number [protected]. This is a widespread issue with KIA. They advertise 100K bumper to bumper warranty in Tv ads.
I had only 64000 miles on the car when this issue started. I constantly have to add motor oil to the engine. I have had to take the car to independent car repair shops to add motor oil. The independent shops say this a known issue. This is not normal oil consumption for car with this type of mileage.
All customer service at KIA tells me to do is have test conducted that are expensive at a KIA dealer. I would like them to pay for the valve cover gaskets to be replaced free of charge. This is a fair resolution.
There are a large number of KIA cars at Nationwide Kia in Timonium, MD that have destroyed engines due to running out of motor oil due to the valve cover gasket failure.
Non-delivery of accessories even after 1 year from purchasing car with full payment including accessories payment.

Engine replacement fraud
I had my 2014 Kia Optima serviced for recall on theft issue this last week and I asked the service manager to look as another dealership Kia of Augusta changed it out wrong. I had a 2.0 Theta turbo and it got changed to a 2.4 short block. When the recall was complete the manager red faced with genuine embarrassment looking at me and said I know it is written all over your face too. I said then you understand, I do not like my car anymore and just doing anything to it makes me mad at what they did. Now I have tried every way possible to correct it. Kia of Augusta refused to give me their shop insurance information. They are required to carry a surety, they can afford to move to a new location and advertise all over the radio. I am thinking of driving all over North Augusta with some additional advertising for them, however I would like to address it in a more appropriate way if possible.
Desired outcome: I want a refund or car equal to the one I paid for. Or my engine replaced to what it was before or the dealerships insurance information so I can put in a claim on the shop insurance to get it changed out right.

My 2017 Kia Sportage's dashboard has two cracks. It seems like there is something under the dash that has caused two perfect crack. It's always kept under car port. My car only has 55,000 miles for it to be messed up like this. The hutch will not open either. My husband and I are elderly in our 70's and we hardly drive the car. I don't know why Kia makes such cheap vehicles. I paid $30,000 in 2017 and I thought this was my last car.

Kia Sorento 2013 Recall
On August 31st at 2am my caught caught on fire. My insurance deemed it a complete loss and upon further investigation there were recalls for my car i was NOT made aware of. I reached out to kia the following day and they sent my case to the national department. Said that an agent would be reaching out to me, now almost 2 weeks have gone by and nothing. I called to get an updated and they were incredibly rude and told me they have me a “detailed explanation” which consisted of them saying the same thing, a national agent will reach out to you and they know NOTHING. Not even an approximate time frame. I’ve already been tossed around a ton and I don’t want to be dealing with this forever.
Desired outcome: I want support or answers. something tangible i can do.
Paint wearing off
My car paint to my 2014 white Kia Cadenza has been chipping for the last year. I sucked it up, but it has gotten horrible. Chipping and peeling on the top of the trunk, rear end of the car, door handles, and hood of the car. It looks horrible and shouldn't happen to a fairly new car. I park it in the shade all the time and wax it often. I see other people have this same problem so it must be defective paint. I am just a college student so i cant afford a $2000 paint job, but dont want to drive around in a car that looks like garbage.
Desired outcome: I want them to repaint my car at no charge due to the faulty paint.

On 8/11/23, my daughter in law was driving my Kia and the engine just stopped. She had it towed to a mechanic, only to be told that there was a recall on these engines (which I never received). She had the vehicle towed on 8/12/23 to Gay Family Kia (where I purchased the car) in Dickinson, Texas. We were originally told it would take 2 weeks to review the vehicle and hear back from Kia. Today, 9/8/23, we were told it could take up to 12 weeks to get a response. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I have purchased several of your vehicles through the years and have NEVER had a problem. On August 12/23 I was driving back from the Chatham area, coming back into Delhi when my motor started making a noise. Within seconds it shut down and I lost power steering and brakes. My vehicle is branded so KIA dealership in Port Dover, Ont said KIA will not cover engine replacement. I feel this was a safety issue and I could have been injured or injured someone else. Very thankful I was off the freeway. I feel KIA should be helping pay for this repair.
