I purchased a truck on November, 11, 2020. It does have a warranty on it. The warranty only covers $2,000 of a $6,000 repair. When I was driving home from the lot, I started having trouble with it running properly. They had me bring it back in. He told me they worked on it, but just on a machine. I thought they had done what they needed to do on their end. Now the truck is worse off than when I brought it to them. I took it back to the dealership, they accused me of lying about the the truck. I took it to another dealership and that's when they told me it needed $6000 worth of work, the transmission is bad. I think the dealership sold it to me knowing it was a bad transmission.

I recently purchased a 2014 Buick Encore Jan 22 2021. Before I went in I received a text saying I was pre-approved for financing through them. On the paperwork it states the loan was through Forsyth Capital. When I went in to pay my first car note through the dealership, the lady I spoke to said I needed to pay the finance company and to call them. I called Forsyth and they said they do not have an account for me and I have to contact the dealership. I contacted the dealership and now they are saying I need to bring back the car and that me and my sister was not approved. I put $1000 down on the car. I looked at the paperwork and there are dates from 2019, which also makes no sense.

In the month of July I brought a customer to the above place of business, I signed a contract that I would be paid 150 dollars. I was called to pick up my check , when I got there to pick up my check I was told it was voided ,they wasn't sure why. The sakes person was ***. The person I referred was heather Amos, the bank approved this lian, so I'm not sure why they didn't honor the contract agreement.
I purchased 2013 Volkswagon Passat in the middle of October . It came with a one year dealership warranty, and it also had a 3-year warranty. The vehicle had only 27,800 miles on it which was low for the age of the car. Two weeks after I purchased it, the engine went out, a piston came out. A whole new engine had to be ordered. I took it to the dealership's repair shop. They had it for a month before I got it back. When I got it back the heat wasn't working properly, which it was working fine when I dropped it off. I took it back the next day. They had to order a new thermostat. I told them that I used the car for my delivery work and they rented a vehicle for me through a third party. I missed a couple of days of work when the thermostat was being worked on. They replaced it, but it wasn't working properly. They have had it a week. The heater core was not working properly. I don't feel like this car is road worthy and I don't feel comfortable with the vehicle. I suggested to them that they put me in another car and they were not open to that. I paid $15,000.

Last week my car over heats take it in to be told you need 700.00 i repairs.. umm not ok i called not 1 not2 not 3 not ever 4 i called 5 times my sales gal says "oh i agree that should of never happen let me talk to my boss see if we can off set some money.. call you bk in 5 mins he is working at deal.. that was at 5pm its now 750 pm no call.. hummm so ya dont buy from here

bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealer. Gave 30 day warranty.getting ready to make 3rd payment and rack and pinion is going out. I have made 2 attempts to reach them. They first tell me I have to talk to the salesman. Was told he would call me back within 15 minutes. After an hour I called back again then was told he just got a customer. When I asked to speak to the manager was told I had to go thru salesman first.This is a very dangerous part to be going out and very expensive. I should be able to speak to the company manager without going thru salesman. Nor should I have to pay the whole cost for this
