KFC review: food standard

I am not usually one to complain but a now feel the need to as my past probably 5 visits to kfc have been really disappointing. I live near the rhuddlan branch where the kfc reputation is really bad, it is not.al for the order to be wrong or incomplete and not fresh. I work in Caernarfon where the staff seem to be a different breed. I've been there several time at lunch time and they've said it will be a 20 to 30 minute wait, and the store isn't particularly busy. It's really off putting and I doubt I'll be visiting again.
