I had to think about writing this note to you all day as my daughter told me I was acting like a karen.

Yesterday around 430 pm we came to your store for an early dinner in the drive through. The young man that took our order had to have it repeated several times before we could move up to the window. While we were waiting, I noticed as he walked away his pants were very low (no place for that at work) and it was very unprofessional to us.

When we got home to unpack the food, we found the sides we were going to share to be small single servings rather than the normal size. Once inside the 8-pc chicken bucket we discovered the chicken was mixed between original and crispy. We had not ordered that. The chicken also turned out to be very dry so overall the meal was not a success. Normally I would let all of this slide as I know things happen etc. But thinking about the fact that employees are making more than ever these days you would think they would try harder to be attentive, polite, and professional. I'm not sure where the manager was at the time but hopefully, he or she notices how some of the employees are acting and get rid of them. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would appreciate a job indoors making a good wage. Thanks for your time.

The last several times we have visited this location, the store manager (Max?) is very unfriendly, rude, and acts like he doesn't want to be there. He started yelling at a very nice and friendly employee. When she tried to reply to him, he turned around and walked away from her. She stayed very busy, cleaning tables, the drinks area, picking up trays, etc. I went and told her I was sorry she had to experience that and that this manager has been very unfriendly each time we go in there. She smiled and said it is what it is. NO employee should have to experience this in front of customers. Other customers watched this outrageous demeaning of an employee also. I will post it on Facebook to stay away from this location if he continues to manage this location.
