Hi, I was at KFC RESTAURANT #K071195 ON 4/20/24. Some of the chicken, was not done. The rolls were really hard. I went to use the bathroom, before entering down in the corner of the walls, were coming apart and so dirty. I open the door to the women's bathroom, and I would not even take one step into it. It was more then filthy. I would not even go in there. I was so disappointed, with everything. I use to go to that one all the time, but it was years ago. But I moved, so we went to closer ones. I have always Love KFC. But after spending $27.41 and got terrible food, it makes me wonder now. I don't like giving money away.

We order 4 peace orginal. and we got some of it was crispy.

Yes I did tell them, and they said nothing at all.. Not even I am sorry. and they had no explaination about the food.

Claimed loss: $27.41

Desired outcome: I would like a refund. So I can go to a different KFC Also I would like to hear from you.. Thank You
