KFC Chicken

Hi Guys,

I wanted to let you know that the quality of the product being produced at the Haverhill Mass. location has great need for improvement.

In short, it is crap.

I have eaten in KFC's in many countries and the USA is the worst and my wife agrees.

Please get your house in order!

KFC kfc in Hastings Michigan. I stopped their to pick up our 2 meals.

I drove up to KFC and ordered a chicken pot pie and a two-piece meal. When I got home 50 miles away
I was shocked to find only a meal with a thigh only and another meal with one chicken breast only.
I think I was charged the full price for each meal. They conveniently left out the bill so I can't refer to a
Specific time. I would like a refund

KFC Missing food items

I asked for a tender not wicked wings, I still got wicked wings, there was no sauces, no potato and gravy. And the burger they added a sauce I never even asked for, got the wrong drink. Every time we get food from here either food is missing or looks like it's been sitting there all day and is old, gross and cold. I have never gotten a correct order from there.

KFC Product and customer service

My wife and I went in for lunch today 11-15-21, to start you have to have your car in for service after going thru the drive thru, pot holes in the entire drive thru, next the food was terrible, my wife had the pot pie and the chicken was tough and tasted like it had been fried then cooked in the pie, I had the three piece tender dinner the tenders were so small that the three were the size of a normal tender, next it took twenty minutes to go thru the line, one person taking the orders waiting on the window and people coming in for pick up orders, this store should be closed, store# H690006 in Palm Bay, Florida, ticket# 1554. We have been going to this location for years and for the last year everything about this location is suffering. KFC would be best to close the location temporary and do a total re re structuring, we have visited this location for the last time. Steven McLellan

KFC No food, poor service

21:33 13/11/2021 I went to buy KFC, I stood in drive thru row. slowly, very slowly the row moved, only to come to order box at 22:10 for operator to tell me there is no food. I think this is utterly poor service, the least they could have done is walk out and tell the cars, the 2 in front of me and 3 more behind me, that there is no more food. Instead they wait for every car to come to order box and then tell us there is no more food? what is the use of a 24/7 drive thru service? I hope that this matter will be addressed accordingly!

KFC All star box meal

Lelethu was the cashier and she was friendly I won't lie, she told her colleagues working at expedite the type of chicken pieace I prefered which was a thigh from the allstar box meal I ordered. Instead of me recieving my order the other two employees working at front were talking and laughing to each other while I could see that my order is ready to be packed. Well ai asked them genuinely to please help me receive my order cause I could clearly see it was ready. I also specified again to the lady that I wanted a thigh, she the asked me "to whom did I say that I wanted a thigh?" I answered that. Then her friend who was packing food from the kitchen started talking nonsense against me and they were enjoying the conversation. I asked for at name of the lady working at expedite and I was told that she is asanda. Asanda was so rude very very rude and I was listening to all what she was saying speaking xhosa and saying silly and rude comments againt me as a customer.

KFC price of 3 piece meal without the coleslaw

I was at the KFC in the Chevron station in salton Sea on rt, 86 . The wife went in to purchase me a 3 piece meal, and it was $15.00, I couldn't believe the price coulld have gone up that much, because of Covid 19, When I got it in my truck to eate, it was only 3 small pieces of chicken and masshed potatoes and gravy, and a biscuit, but there was no coleslaw, I hate getting ripped off on the price, but when you don't get all that you think goes with the order isn't there .It's another story, If this is the new KFC pricing and how the box up the piece meal, I won't be going back again.

KFC In Quebec the KFC is translated to French PFK but both are labeled on the package

Hi I am Native American from Northern Quebec, I've enjoyed your products when I was able to get it. Traveling 10hrs to get some KFC chicken is basically my life, that being said, the location in particular is in Amos, QC. I've gone to an other KFC a few hours away (Val d'Or) before and had a consistent, satisfying product, but this location in particular was already rumored to serve poor quality chicken to the Native population. I thought none sense, this is not true, so I went to order 14pc family meal and was extremely disappointed, travelling back home and finding the product to be old reheated chicken, old fries bad gravy and almost rotten salads, unfortunately, being heartbroken, I threw away the meal on the highway (in a garbage bin) along the way and only when I arrived home that I thought to write this complaint. This is very sad that people still get treated this way and as someone who loves your product, I'm ready and willing to boycott it…

KFC corn on the cob

hi i ordered yesterday at 13:44 by just eat and when my food had arrived there was everything else apart from the corn on the cob. i ordered 1 corn on the cob and i fillet burger meal. i had also ordered the day before a zinger box meal which i was really happy about the service and it was quite dissapointing and unexpected really for a big brand not to include something i had paid for. i understand mistakes happen sometimes but please could i have my money back .

KFC Service

Very worst experience from KFC Qatar .it's not the first time six months back too I have raised a complaint regarding their delay in delivering the food .That Time the manager called up and apologized.Three weeks back the same thing happened the food was delivered almost after Two hours .Today I ordered food by seven and now it's 9.30 And the food is not Yet delivered I called the customer service twice but I got the same answer that they will follow up.Next time I have to think twice before ordering Food in KFC .very worth service

KFC Order not right

I went thru the drive thru last night 11/3/2021, my order was 2 large orders of gravy, 1 chicken pie, 6 biscuits, a 3 tender meal with a side of fries and a Diet Pepsi. I got home and no biscuits, now what is gravy without biscuits? I was not happy . I almost called them last night and demanded that they send me 6 biscuits by DoorDash. Needless to say that I called today 11/4/2021, and they will not even answer the phone. I would have taken this up with them but, no one would pick up the phone.

KFC I'm complaining about west street

I just came from KFC 362 west street and I ordered a waster and I was told that they don't have cold drinks and I asked if the price differs if there's no cold drink and their response was" TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT" which was shocking. When I asked for manager they showed me but the manager just looked at me and went outside to greet her friend which was very rude. I don't know if this is how KFC staff has been trained to treat customers?

Well I go to these locations and they always close by 8:30 both when then actual closing time is 11pm These locations always out of fries gravy and sometimes chicken but what always bother me is that they always close early who does that

KFC Order not delivered at all

I Made in order on Nov. 2nd round 7 Pm, the full amount of the order was deducted from my debit card. I have contacted 3 call center agent via the chat and they were all confirming that the order is on the way ! and by contacting KFC 3 times as well, I was always informed that there was no order placed originally.

This is the worse customer experience I have ever had by being given wrong and deceiving information from 3 different agents.

Desired outcome: A full refund for the amount that was deducted from my debit card.

KFC Subject poor service & charging for no reason-“whipped potato gravy”

Dear officer, i ask for "gravy of whipped potato" to feed my childrens as I purchase rice set with chicken & also purchased large whipped potato.my usual request for "gravy only in a small container" will be given by all the kfc outlet at penang. To my surprise,
the officer rudely told me that she need to charge for the "WHIPPED POTATO GRAVY". I said fine, u can charge the whipped potato gravy, but make sure the bill is printed as "whipped potato gravy". But the
officer told me she cannot charge for "whipped potato gravy" but can only put the charge as "extra cheese" charges rm1.80. But i told her, i do not want "extra cheese". what i want was "extra GRAVY OF whipped potato". After the argument, she said fine
she is not charging for it. And i told her i will
complaint this to KFC. She kept quiet. And after i receive the order, she ask me to move the vehicle as behind me there is another vehicle waiting. I said let it wait, it's my turn now and it is my rights to check
the items I purchased before i leave the drive
through counter. She sarcastically told me to move the vehicle again. this was very rude & sarcastic by a KFC officer. And if I'm not wrong, she is the Manager & the AM (assistant manager) was present there as well) - wearing black & white strip dresses. Out of all the kfc that i went- even to kelantan or Alor setar, this amanjaya sg petani kfc is the worse of my visit. I need to feed my child, u guys have rice but no soup.so i ask for extra "whipped potato gravy". Also want to complaint that the portion of the chicken of
part "above thigh" is too small. This is not
acceptable at all. Given the price which was ask for, but the portion is small. Suggest to change the supplier as this reflects KFC's name and reputation. Charges for "whipped potato gravy" is there black &
white receipts? It's such a ridiculous & bad experience at this drive through outlet. I bought large whipped potato. And
requested for "extra GRAVY of the whipped potato". To my surprise, the cashier (looks like manager of the outlet- indian without pottu on the forehead & acts like malay lady) ask for Rm1.80. When i ask why, she said charges for the gravy. Then i told her, fine u
can charge. But i want the receipt to be printed as "extra whipped potato gravy". She refused to do so & she said will print as'
" extra cheese". I said I'm not buying extra cheese. I only want the gravy of the
whipped potato. I don't want cheese & I didn't request for cheese. And she rudely & sarcastically ask me, " "don't u ever buy in online? In online they charge Rm1.80 for the cheese". Again i told her "I don't want cheese. And i never purchase via online". This was an embarrassing for me as a customer as
she humiliated me in front other kfc staff. And i told her "this is not my 1st time to KFC". If i print my credit card statement, u can see how many times i visit kfc a month. After heater argument, she ask me to pay. When i ask how much? She said "just pay!" This is such a rude & arrogant behaviour when
people like this placed on a front place. Please transfer this person to some other place where she won't face the customers. Respect the customers and I'm paying man. I didn't ask for free. Did i? I want the Regional manager or GM to call me and explain on this. If u have charges for "whipped potato gravy" then get it done officially & make sure
all kfc noted on this. As i know, kfc in kelantan, perak & penang do not charge for "whipped potato GRAVY". I'm realy disappointed, humiliated,
embarrassed, sad with my recent visit to KFC
AMANJAYA DRIVETHROUGH.

KFC Picking food off the concrete

My sister went to papanui kfc in christchurch on Saturday at 18:04, she was handed her kfc order worth of 50 dollars in ONE bag that was filled too much. When she went to take it, the bag broke and all over the concrete was her 50 dollar order. Now I know it might not sound like a whole heap, but for a single parent who's also going through covid who has to save up this kind of money to spoil her children once in a blue moon, its sad to say someone just simply watched her pick it all up. Not even offering a replacement. She was made to feel like scum and how do you think she felt when her child in the back seat watched her do it? This is not okay. She has to save this kind of money up. When contacting you guys she got offered a 20 dollar voucher for a 50 dollar order. This is unacceptable. Something needs to be done. Because as a single mother who works her [censored] off to be treated and made to feel like this, in this manner is disgusting. Not to mention shes also an essential worker, who has to deal with many stresses during these covid times as well as being a single parent. Something needs to be done about this.

I order 7 30pm and I got the order at 9 pm the chicken was totally wet and its totally different from kfc chicken then I complain to the branch some one talk to me he said ok we will change the order but untill 11 pm no body came .no response after that I called again and again totally vaste of money and time in my life I never saw this kind of stupid service ever

KFC Classic kfc chicken and hot wings

Went to KFC in Katowice at the mall by the main train station. Definitely won't be coming here ever again, myself and the partner have KfC regularly back in UK although here hot wings weren't hot at all and the classic chicken tasted like it was lacking some of the original spices. Staff also didn't put food in the correct boxes as advertised.

KFC Irresponsible staff & delivery

Worst online order service ever. Booked order online... got an email confirmation of order stating that the delivery will be within 1 hour... waited for 2.5 hour and then called the call center to know that they have some system issues at that my order can be seen online but it has not been submitted to any branch... I was waiting all these time for nothing...
No KFC anymore... totally pathetic...
