J&T Express

My parcel been in transit for four days at JNT ULU TIRAM 326 and my delivery delayed past the estimate delivery date. I have total 5 parcel and one of it said the delivery attempt unsuccessful because penerima tiada but i was not informed about the delivery. They not call me first how do i know. Tolong latih your workers dengan sebaiknya untuk kebaikan company.

Why did you put my parcel in transit at Shah Alam Gateaway for a day. I never experienced this kind of situation at other JNT Branches only in JNT Shah Alam my parcel got stuck more than a day. I need my chocolate as soon as possible!

hi! My parcel is being hold in j&t subang Perdana branch for few days now. Errr why tho? The branch wont pickup my call. Please deliver asap! I have tried contacted thru website (HQ) but seems its still stuck there. The branch is near to my house, whats the issue here?

Lousy service, after 6 days item still haven't reach me although sent from same State. J&T Distribution Center just 5 mins away from my house but delivery takes forever. Status "Out on Delivery" on previous day but up to date, item never arrive.

J&T Klang Jaya - Despatch collect the items at J&T Klang Jaya but keep the item with them for 4 days...What happen if the items is food? Too bad.
Dont make this happen..Service is too bad... I will banned J&T

My order was returned to seller without proper communication re delivery schedules from the assigned rider. He reported that i could not be contacted but i did not receive any call or message from him. This is such an inconvenience since seller is from bacolod, negros occidental and i am in metro manila. I am requesting that you reprimand this driver or impose proper sanctions rider name: jomar sape +[protected]. Thank you.

Hi, J&T saya nak complain mengenai branch J&T LDC KLANGJAYA 603 - KLANG. Kenapa mereka suka hold barang terlalu lama di sana. Barang saya dah masuk 5 hari di hold dekat sana. Please pastikan barang sampai tepat waktu.

Many online seller love to use J&T because the delivery cost is cheaper and the delivery is 7 days a week. But I find J&T delivery sucks!

I had on two occassions at least where parcels were stuck at Cyberjaya Drop point for two days or more.

If you have problems with that drop point, please work on remedy or alternative routes.

Kpda pihak jnt sila titik beratkan attitude staff awk tidak amanah dalam mnjalankn kerja parcel saya dihntr dr johor bharu dalam keadaan baik bila sampai di tangan saya semalam parcel sudah terkoyak .mknan yg ada di dalam parcel sudah pun terbukak kemungkinan staff jnt yg makan.perkara ini amat mendukacitakan sebab saya percaya perkhidmatan yg jnt sediakan.

J&T ninja drop off parcel di atas pagar rumah tanpa sebarang notis, atau memberi salam dan hon sedangkan pembeli ada di rumah. Ia merisikokan barang untuk hilang dan kecurian. Seller tidak akan layan untuk refund sekiranya parcel dicuri. Malah j&t ninja akan mempertahankan diri dengan bukti parcel telah dihantar di depan rumah. Sedangkan parcel hanya diletakkan di luar rumah tanpa sebarang notis.
