Why your customer service are so rude? They respond to me rudely and i as a customer feel uncomfortable. Please do something. As a customer service she/he should know how to entertain customer.
Desired outcome: Ask the customer service in charge to apologise to me
Item missing
On 6 August 2021, I picked up my parcel at jnt hub taiping and im notice that my parcel has been broken n some item was missing..
the parcel syill not received by receiver and the jnt inform the receiver jnt want to return back the parcel
Hi,
I already send my parcel to jnt setiwangsa on 8/7/2021 ( references num : [protected] ).
i already check the tracking shown on 14/7 my parcel status in on hold.
My receiver already call the drop point LDC CHAN SOW LIN 604, they said they don't have enough staff due to the staff got COVID19. all the drop point office close ( 21/7 )
Again i check the tracking on 16/7, the parcel still at drop point LDC CHAN SOW LIN 604.
1/8, the receiver call jnt again. at the same reason not enough staff to handle. the receiver, want to collect by herself but the staff said, they couldn't find the parcel.
On 5/8, the receiver call jnt staff again ( maybe here, I'm not sure drop point LDC CHAN SOW LIN 604) she said the parcel have to return to me back and unfortunately the receiver contact number missed one num. I think in proper way, jnt staff should inform the receiver on the 1st time she call. and the receiver said, the jnt staff ask me to launch the report. so this is i'm doing now.
Can u advice me and inform exactly the return procedure and how many day i can get back my parcel back and send back to my client ( receiver )?

Kenapa barang mak saya berpatah balik, sedangkan j&t part time kt bawah rumah tak naik, then dia ckp gagal contact number? Sedangkan fon sentiasa kat tangan . Dah Lama tunggu2 . On hold berhari2 . last berpatah balik . Tolong hantarr semula ye . No tracking [protected] . Contact saya [protected]

Lost parcel [protected])
My parcel [protected]) shipped on 18/7/2021 and being hold due to bad weather until 28/7/2021. I'm contacting Person In Charge Mr.Rozaidi by call and WhatsApp but no answer. Then on 29/7/2021 my parcel marked as delivered. Then I make a call to J&T Customer Service, they told me, my parcel has missing. For your information my parcel contained medicine for my use and it is very costly.

Saya pos sekotak makanan dari j&t kluang ke gelang patah. Makanan untuk penerima yang sakit covid. Tapi bila sampai pada penerima, kotak ada tape j&t sedangkan saya hanya tampal sticker fragile. Staff j&t telah buka kotak bahagian bawah. Kesemua coklat hilang, maggi, octopus dan juga biskut. Mereka tukarkan dengan botol susu dan air mineral. Saya sangat terkilan sebab penerima betul betul memerlukan makanan dalam tempoh kuarantin
Barang saya pecah
Barang saya sampai dalam keadaan pecah.packaging memang langsung tak secure dengan bubble wrap or sticker fragile then maybe dilepaskan dari jarak tinggi kerana pagar saya berkunci kerana saya bekerja dan tiada orang di rumah

Barang sampai dalam keadaan rosak. Plastik pun sudah mcm plastik lusuh.

I sent my things in a packaging, but after arrived, my item's cover was missing, it can't use anymore.It is very funny, when I want to send my items, the staff there say this cannot that cannot, and open my things to see, their actions are rude!Finally can let me send my item, my things got lost, what's the problem with your company?

Bila barang nak sampai kalau macam ni je peginya.. Elok dah smpai seri kembangan boleh pulak ke puchong lepas tu Shah Alam.. Lpas tu Klang.. Smp ke sudah Klang.. Tolong lah alert.. Tolong kerja dengan penuh tanggungjawab jangan sampai customer hilang kepercayaan.. Seminggu dah tunggu ni.. Tolong lah usaha supaya barang tu sampai secepat mungkin.. Customer bayar tau bukan free..
Wrong Time and early cutoff
Ive been a regular customer to J&T Express but what i dont understand is why their office is open until 5pm and as early as 4:30pm they wont accept any transaction, , they said that they have a lot of parcel that they recieve thats why they cut off early, what the heck is it our fault that they recieve alot of transaction, , isnt their job is to do that?and one more thing they are not doing anything or should i say that their are just smoking cigar outside! this happen twice to me!
Desired outcome: Orient them properly for the time of cutoff and office hour.

Saya semak di tracking j&t bahawa barang sudah sampai dengan bukti bergambar. Tetapi, bukti bergambar boleh diragui kerana penghantar barang hanya ambil gambar barang beserta tangannya sahaja. Tiada gambar penerima.
Bila saya check dilokasi delivered, barang tersebut tiada pun dijumpai. Saya sudah triple check. Harap pihak j&t bekerja dengan lebih telus selepas ini.
