The courier did not deliver the parcel to the recipient's address, and yet Rowel Pepito declared it delivered on Dec 22, 2025, at 18:28. He called, but I was not able to get it, so he must have brought my parcel to my address. He was already inside the subdivision and already at the guardhouse, which was only 5 min away. I checked with the guard as claimed by the courier but the guard said that they did not receive the item.

Desired outcome: I must be able to get the parcel, as it contains an important item.

Their riders are not efficient. I was so disappointed with their service. They can't be recommended at all.

The courier, Rowel Pepito, didn’t deliver the parcel to my address on Dec 22, 2025, at 18:28; he left it at the guardhouse without my consent and declared the parcel delivered but not received from my end. He did call, but the effort was not efficiently done, as he did not obtain my consent to leave my parcel with the guard. I tried to call him as of this date, but his number cannot be reached.

Their fees are reasonable and deliveries are really fast. They are reliable when it comes to parcel handling. They will deliver parcels to the addressees. Their couriers are diligent.

The originating branch refunded the cost of the fees and parcel.
