it been 2 weeks already my parcel has not arrived at the destination. stuck in Transit Center AIR KUCHING 501. It supposed to delivered to a person in SAINS SDN BHD. but until now 4/4/2023 haven't received yet. this issue started from 24/03/2023 and expected delivered on 30/03/2023. i have contacted lazada customer care and their courier partner j&t Malaysia for assisting but still not able to process the delivery.
J&T is not resourceful finding location
I have receive a message reminding that item is ready to pickup by this shipping company, and I reply yes, and suddenly the status of delivery on system says failed pickup. It was so horrible service. In other country they both delivery and customer send their location thru whatsapp map or other that can find exact location in map that spend 50kbps of data compare to sending sms that cost 20pesos and goes nothing but fail and nonsense sms. Please train your shipping pickup personnel and their common sense how to find location thru map.
Failed to pick up parcel and note it as "sellers is not available"
Happen just this March 20, 2023. I already arrange the package by Sunday and is ready for pick up by Monday, around 2 pm I received a notification in Shopee that the supposedly pick up by rider was unsuccessful, but I was at home all day waiting for the rider to call (as they usually do), but no I haven't received any calls or even text message if they can't accommodate my package. The worst thing is it was tagged as "Pickup attempt was unsuccessful: Seller Is Not Available or Not On Location" please be honest, we may get a violation from Shopee and have to pay for Penalty Fee and have a bad feed back from our customer for the inconvenience that is not even our fault.
Desired outcome: Just be honest, and don't blamed it to us seller if the short comings are from your side us delivery services.
J&T. Delivery of tiktok
The incident happened last March 17,2023 my parcel was about to deliver on the address that was indicated, the delivery driver called me and notified me that he is about to deliver the parcel, but cannot find the address, i just told him along IBP road their’s only one University there, and he keeps on complaining that he still didn’t see it, i guess he found the wrong building because he said the person i was telling him to leave the parcel and will pay it is not there, i told him you are in the wrong building that when he got angry, our guard told me that the rider was soooo arrogant and dis respectfull, talking to them in a not in a nice way.
Desired outcome: Give him warning, and whatever action needed to give him lesson

I ordered since 10/3/2023 and supposed to be arrived at 13/3/2023.. I missed the delivery by 20 minutes or so.. Text the delivery guy about the payment bcoz I am using COD bcoz it said pay via DuitNow and I hv prepared the cash so I asked if I can pay via cash since it was COD but he didn't reply and update the order status delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to bad weather when it's clearly no raining and weather is just nice. Fast forward today, 14/3/2023 I have waited for this for 5 days now and asked delivery guy kindly to reattempt the delivery but no reply just left me on read.. I don't want to get angry and just hoped that my parcel is either delivered by today or tomorrow morning.. If not, I just not gonna pay for COD and just return the parcel...

Lack of professionalism and work ethic of the delivery riders assigned to Lower Sampaguita.
My complains against to all the delivery riders which are not fulfilling their duties and are failing to provide satisfactory services to their customers.
One of my major concerns is that the delivery riders do not immediately deliver the packages upon arrival in Lower Sampaguita. Instead, they call or text the receiver to ask for directions to the location, causing delays in the delivery process. This delay can last up to two days before the package is delivered. Additionally, when the packages are finally delivered, they are not handed to the intended recipient, but instead delivered to a different person, which is highly inconvenient.
Another issue is the lack of professionalism and work ethic of the delivery riders assigned to Lower Sampaguita. All the riders seem lazy and do not carry out their duties efficiently. This attitude results in the delivery of packages being delayed and not being delivered to the right recipient. The delivery riders of J&T Express assigned in Brgy, Banilad, Sitio Lower Sampaguita, Mandaue City, need to improve their delivery services and work ethic. Immediate action is required to address the concerns raised by the residents to ensure that the customers receive satisfactory services from the courier company.
Desired outcome: They need to improve their delivery services and work ethic. If not, fire them.

I check order delivery status this morning and found last status is last night failed to deliver, which is odd when I was at home and not hear any delivery nor phone call on delivery. This afternoon try to call the number [protected] that list on the apps and website, the number is not in service. In service industry, important to have correct contact number updated. I called nearest Farlim center few times, not reachable. Afternoon I saw a J&T truck in neighborhood, but the guy said no delivery for me. Please improve to update correct status, contact number and reachable. Lastly, I still wait for my delivery. The vendor Lotus using this company for delivery, not something I can choose.

J&T Express taking their leisure time in departing to another location. What I'm trying to say is, considering the location from Kuala Lumpur to Batu Caves isn't that far but the status showing that the parcel hasn't moved an inch. That's why I always try to avoid using J&T but I don't have any other options because the seller pick it. Please do your work properly!
No notification from delivery service courier
Hi I would like to complaint regarding for NO NOTIFICATION RECEIVED from the courier. This was the second time that I order with J&T partners for delivery and I was absolutely upset due to this unacceptable reason. I order to Syduction International last February 6, 2023 at 9:18am and place my order same day at 9:29pm. I do also, ask the coordinator for how many days for the deliveries arrival and answer me 2 - 5 days upon placing of order. I keep waiting and asking for trucking number for me to be able to locate my order and only to find out that my order was unsuccessful due to the customer is not around. My first encounter was the same reason and I felt being disadvantage because I need to pay for the cancellation fee without receiving any notification from your team and obligated to pay for them not to post my picture with accusation as a FRAUD. 1/26/23: overstaying of our parcel to mandaluyong branch. Without updating the receiver.
Overstaying na ang parcel sa hub. February na. We are reaching out thru messenger customer service, email. And even calling the branch. Puro report report walang nangyyri. We were advised by jnt branch na nagpadala to contact the receiver instead for pick up na lng since di naman maideliver. But the branch refused. Antayin daw na maideliver and wala daw advice ang ncr. Tinawagan na namin ang main branch and they will try to reach out daw sa mandaluyong branch. Pero till now. February 8 na. Wala paring update saamin. damage na ang laman ng parcel. Sobrang dissapointed. Dapat pagbayarin dn sila ng damages sa consumer. We were really dissapointed sa actions ng company.
Desired outcome: Maideliver as soon as possible. Supposedly ask for damages they have caused to us.

Your CS doesn’t have manner! Not helping at all about my parcel that wrongly shipped to SARAWAK! Instead sending to Selangor they shipped to Sarawak. CS named DIN was super [censored]! He don’t even care to expedite the shipment and only promise within 48 hours! I want to use it on 29/1 but now is 3/2 already! J&T has wrongly sorting my parcel to Sarawak but no any action was expedite by them! Some more asked me to wait another 48 hours without any apology and arrogance behaviour! Is this how you train your CS? I emailed them 2 times but there’s no any reply! Your CS treathen to hang up the line if I cannot hold my anger. Who can be patience with this kind of service? I'd like to complain about a rider who tags my order as customer unavailable but wasn't even contacting me in the first place. I was the one who keeps on waiting outside downstairs from ky apartment so i wont miss the order again. I also tried calling and texting him number of times since the j&t texted with the tracking number. But I haven't received any response from the rider. It is becoming a waste of time since I have work and it is requiring me to monitor the order and get nothing after.

Non-Delivery of parcel
A seller sent me the parcel containing computer keyboards through J & T on the 16th January 2023. The tracing number is : [protected]. Delevery address : 33, Lorong 1, Taman Cahaya, Jalan Woo Saik Hong, 36000 Teluk Intan, Perak.
However, until today I am yet to receive the said parcel.
Don't tell me we enjoyed CNY lasting for 10 days. It is simply due to inefficiency of so called J & T services. I am contemplating my case to bring up to Consumers Tribunal.

Wrong status put on my order
I have orders from two different stores. My order status was stating that delivery can’t be completed because I was unavailable. But I am home the whole time. The order was out for delivery at 12:21 pm (Jan 19) and then suddenly at 12:54pm the delivery is not completed because I was not available? This is certainly impossible to happen.
I don’t know if this is a mistake or not. I had tried to call the drivers number but no one was picking up or probably not even real number. This is also happening to my sister as she also have an order from this delivery driver. Wrong status for both of her orders when we’re both home the whole time.
I’ll understand if this is just a mistake. I have screenshot of my two orders.
