Caster's Tow and Transport

My 2014 dodge Charger RT got towed by Caster's Tow and Transport LLC from *** Apartments parking lot on 10/25/22 between 11 pm and 6 am, even though it was on the no tow list. I already told them about it, but they still towed it. I got my car back on 10/27/22 and noticed that the front end was damaged. I told Casters front office about it and asked for before and after photos. They said that the damage was already there before they towed it. I uploaded the photos to you, but the car was not in my apartment parking lot in the photos. The driver took the car to a secret place, as seen in the photos and confirmed by the apartment property management.
