Today june 11, 2026 I called the rider explaining to him I didn't received any call or text about this parcel, but the rider is so rude to me bastos

That’s completely unprofessional. The rider claims your phone was off, but you had it on the whole time — no call, no text. Then he’s rude to you when you call to clarify? That’s a failure of basic process and respect. You did the right thing by calling him directly. Now escalate: get the tracking number and file a formal complaint with J&T Express management. Demand a delivery attempt log showing the exact time they supposedly called. If they can’t provide it, they owe you an apology and same-day delivery. Don’t let rudeness win.
