That’s a failure of basic process and respect. You did the right thing by calling him directly. Now escalate: get the tracking number and file a formal complaint with J&T Express management. Demand a delivery attempt log showing the exact time they supposedly called. If they can’t provide it, they owe you an apology and same-day delivery. Don’t let rudeness win.
