J&T Express

Bila barang nak sampai kalau macam ni je peginya.. Elok dah smpai seri kembangan boleh pulak ke puchong lepas tu Shah Alam.. Lpas tu Klang.. Smp ke sudah Klang.. Tolong lah alert.. Tolong kerja dengan penuh tanggungjawab jangan sampai customer hilang kepercayaan.. Seminggu dah tunggu ni.. Tolong lah usaha supaya barang tu sampai secepat mungkin.. Customer bayar tau bukan free..

Ive been a regular customer to J&T Express but what i dont understand is why their office is open until 5pm and as early as 4:30pm they wont accept any transaction, , they said that they have a lot of parcel that they recieve thats why they cut off early, what the heck is it our fault that they recieve alot of transaction, , isnt their job is to do that?and one more thing they are not doing anything or should i say that their are just smoking cigar outside! this happen twice to me!

Saya semak di tracking j&t bahawa barang sudah sampai dengan bukti bergambar. Tetapi, bukti bergambar boleh diragui kerana penghantar barang hanya ambil gambar barang beserta tangannya sahaja. Tiada gambar penerima.
Bila saya check dilokasi delivered, barang tersebut tiada pun dijumpai. Saya sudah triple check. Harap pihak j&t bekerja dengan lebih telus selepas ini.

for the past 2 days 3/8 & 4/8, my order has a remark "delivery attemp was unsucessful, melebihi waktu operasi droppoint. " at 17:30 and 20:02 pm. but our office hours is till 10pm... with our door wide open but no delivery guy came ... so what is this excuse of melebihi waktu operasi droppoint ? order already delay 5 days, now another 2 days of excuses... this order is disposable glove... essential... yet delay.

I sent parcel to Paka, Terengganu from Kuantan, Pahang. Why your crew send it out to Sungai Petani, Kedah. Now the delivery was 1 day delay.

Barang saya dh sampai, tp knp x deliver ke address saya? Saya x nk collect parcel, kerana musim covid ni, x nk beratur pjg. Im very dissapointed with j n t..

The parcel delivery man just put my parcel inside the shop at lobby without calling me that my parcel arrived. Send me the sms regard my parcel was just delivered and the photo that where my parcel was left at the same time. And asked for extra charge where they help to keep my parcel even though im go down straight to collect my parcel when i received the sms. The worst thing is the parcel received was cracked due to most likely the delivery man didnt handle my parcel with care

Barang pecah masa barang sampai, sebelum post barang. Macam mana mahu claim

Saya amat tidak berpuas hati dengan Rider J&T mengambil gambar pelanggan sesuka hati sebagai bukti penerimaan parcel. Perkara tersebut adalah tidak wajar kerana melanggar privacy pelanggan. Jika perlu ambil gambar sila ambil gambar rider tersebut untuk ditepek dalam bukti penerimaan. Cukup hanya sekadar ambil gambar parcel sebagai bukti penerimaan. Jika kes ini berlaku lagi saya akan membuat aduan di persatuan penguna. Harap perkara ini diambil serius.

Order has been hold couple of times, it would stuck at either Hold with Uncontrollable situation or Out of business hours but never gets delivered and the status will be changed to Hold again.
Use Chat system for more than 5 times, still nobody entertains, called customer service and LDC nobody picking up for many days now
I have food items inside the parcel which will last for 1 month and order already been Hold since 21st July

The above tracking number had since been routed to the wrong destination to Kota Bahru, Kelantan when its final destination supposed to be in Johor Bahru, Johor. I have not yet receive my parcel until today and worried if it gets to the wrong hands.
The reason I made this complaint is because that JNT express frequently made various mistakes upon sending parcels to the correct customer.

J&T Failed to deliver my parcel from 25July 2021 and till today 4 August 2021 still failed to deliver my parcel and no update at all from J&T.. after lodge complain via Call Customer Service, but yet resolved.. bad service

My parcel number [protected] at ldc 603 klang jaya branch still not out for delivery since 29 july21. I call your branch & customer service no body answer. Chat only have auto reply. Why parcel reach nearby branch but still not out for delivery. Customer service give 012 num to watsup but still didn't get any reply. Worst service given by j & t

J&T tolong handle item dengan berhati2. item yang saya terima hilang sebahagian. diluar pakaging terkoyak & di selotep semula. sangat mengecewakan

It's already 2month my return parcel not yet received or no any info until now can u guys please arrange to send my return to my address pleaselah

Shopee update delivery status of my parcel as delivered on 22/7 as the recipient is me. But not a single parcel I have received that day. Go to j&t express Labuan. They claimed that the parcel had been delivered. BUt I clear them that I got receive no parcel yet. The next day, tried to contact j&t staff. They just ignore me..
