My tracking id; 630385416865. The parcel has been delayed since 19/7. Called customer service almost everyday, provided same answer and asking customer back what to do because they unable to resolve it. Finally asking me to proceed claim which is not helpful at all. Because the agent mention might be the parcel lost and no action has been taken from their end, very bad customer service that drop the call when customer is frustated and remain silence when customer ask for an answer. One agent I can get the name is fatin. Very not helpful and rude. Previous agent handling is also same. My tracking id; 630385416865. Until now I didnt get any solution from j&t and whereabouts of my parcel! I did not want to claim I just want the parcel! Where is my parcel?! You guys are very very provided [censored] service. Just closed the company if cant handle a customer at all. No responsibility at all

hi, saya nak tanya berapa nak on hold barang saya ? saya perlukan barang saya untuk bisnes saya, urgenttt ! saya dah banyak kali kena dengan jnt macamni sampai dua minggu, sampai sebulan pun ada ! sangat tidak memuaskan, terkadang barang sampai dengan keadaan teruk . saya perhati terkadang ada pekerja jnt suka campak barang dalam lori, boleh tak delivery barang saya secepat mungkin ? kenapa nak hold lama lama ? ! mintak jasa baik pihak jnt untuk delivery barang saya secepat mungkin, terimakasih

I need my item deliver as soon as possible especially during MCO. The shipping fee already paid. The item early arrived at J & T Samariang CDC 306 since 09 July 2021. Untill now 26.07.2021 still no progress for delivery.

Stuck at LDC Setapak 603 (bad service here) going back and forth to Bt Bintang Kuala Selangor for few rounds, what's wrong with setapak LDC 603 staffs?

I am Zuzaireen Binti Abdolkader. I would like to make a complaint about my parcel. My parcel has been stuck at J&T Labuan (22 July 2021) and start from that day, there was no update which is almost 2 days from J&T Express. Hopefully, you able to give me the latest update and feedback as soon as possible for the location of my parcel ( [protected] ). I am a student and urgently using the stuff that I bought from Shopee and I hope I able to get this parcel this week or at least next week. Thanks for the help and cooperation.

My parcel has been on hold due to natural disaster, despite our weather here is freaking good and never rain for more than a month. I tried to make phone calls to J&T customer service and waited for long time, then i been told that my parcel is been arranged for delivery, but 3 days later the status still remain the same. I am really frustrated on the services that provided by J&T, as they are not providing us a good services even a simple announcement or what. in their facebook, everyone have the same issues. J&T Express please give us an explanation!

Why my pacel still dont post out?!

I need to confirm my order on shoppe on 20/7 but now 23/7 i still not receive my parcel..my parcel out for delivery on 19 but until now i didnt receive an parcel...can explain for me why this happen?

Until now i didnt get my parcel❗ 5 days in same place ...its missing or something else i dont know...

parcel dipos bernombor [protected] pada 16/04/2021 melalui Jnt Express Kota Tinggi, Johor ke Kuching Sarawak tetapi sampai sekarang barang tidak di terima oleh penerima. sudah 3 bulan 7 hari. saya semak dalam sistem J&T barang tersebut ada dekat gudang CDC Kuching 301, Sarawak. saya sudah menghubungi J&T customer service beberapa kali dan memaklumkan kepada mereka dan mereka mengatakan barang ada di scan dan out untuk delivery dan jawapan itu adalah jawapan yang sama setiap kali saya mengubungi dan bertanyakan tentang barang saya. tetapi tidak dihantar juga. saya cuba menghubungi pihak J&T CDC Kuching 301, tetapi tidak ada maklum balas dan panggilan tidak dijawab. jadi sekarang saya tidak tahu status sebenar barang saya sama ada masih ada dekat gudang atau tidak. saya semak CDC Kuching 301 dalam google banyak sangat komen negatif. saya harap pihak J&T Express Kuching 301 akn lebih bertanggunhjawab dan amanah melalukan kerja. barang pemilik adalah hak pemilik dan pemilik berhak menuntut semula.saya harap pihak tuan/puan memandang serius dengan situasi dan tindakan harus diambil. sekian terima kasih.

It was sent on 13/7 and i have yet to receive the item, when i call they said the Kuala Selangor branch jad covid 19 case, so the delay.

Now when i check the tracker, my item is back at Kuala Selangor..
