J&T Express System so “AI” enough can use “customer request for changing delivery time” as a excuse not to delivery the parcel

I’m just curious enough did your system can manually use “customer request changing delivery time” as an excuse not to deliver the parcel as promised? How come a customer can change delivery time so many f time ? For fun or cari masalah? If you cannot delivery the parcel please contact customer to pick up lar Wei. Need to wait whole year to receive is it?

J&T Express Rude behaviour of delivery boy

I had a parcel with this j&t express. First day on 30th March they asked for the location and they didn't come. And today they asked for the location by another one and I send the location. When he came I was not their at the time My father was about to receive the parcel but he is not even ready to listen what I am saying instead he said that he is not my personal driver &scolding me will deliver the parcel tomorrow and cut the phone without allowing me to say anything. I am really dissatisfied with the delivery boy 's rude behaviour and will not avail this service anymore.

Desired outcome: Good customer service with the delivery boy for all customers and avoid their rude behaviours

J&T Express Parcel on Hold in CDC K.Damansara 309

My parcel has been stuck in that CDC K. Damansara 309 since 23rd April 2023. K understand there were holidays but its not 29th and they still did not deliver. I filed two complaint on the website and they never got back to me. I called hotline and they were of no use. I called the branch and they NEVER pick up.

I called another branch in Damansara and instead I got a racist pig who told me to go back to my countrt lol.

Nice service. Never use this trash service.

Desired outcome: Deliver my bloody parcel!

J&T Express Undelivered Parcel

I was not able to receive my parcel and upon tracking the status of my parcel it shows that the item will be return to the seller. it is due to their ridiculous reason that the customer, which is ME, is not around. where in reality the rider (Benjie Capapas) did not even attempt to deliver the parcel and also HE Could NOT be CONTACTED despite my attempt to call and text HIM

J&T Express Delayed delivery over 3 days

To whom it may concern,

Please resolve my issue. Tracking information keep asking me to pay attention due delivery but I already wait over 3days the parcel didn’t receive. Oder placed on 7april and already picked at the same date. If the parcel cannot deliver to my home please let me know so I can self pickup. Do not keep asking to pay attention but the parcel gone?!

J&T Express Why my parcel is still in melaka gateway about 3 days?

My parcel is stuck at gateway melaka, maybe not receive dekat jnt cawangan melaka atau sebab overload, tolong solvekan benda ni, saya dah call katanya masih tak receive atas sebab overload, saya order dari haritu tk sampai lagi, kita nak balik raya, kita paham kalau dua atau tiga hari ni sampai nak dekat hari ke 6 still tak sampai dah tahap overseas punya delivery.

J&T Express delay parcel

saya punya parcel yang sepatutnya sampai pada 11/4 telah di hold sehingga 15/4. saya check status barang saya stuck di ecp mizam 4546 dan kemudian di hantar semula ke cdc ampang jaya 302 dan kemudian di hantar balik semula ke shah alam getway petaling. saya sangat kecewa dengan service jnt yg menyimpan barang saya terlalu lama dan akhirnya balik pada getway. saya sudah menunggu hampir satu minggu. saya sangat memerlukan barang itu dan berharap boleh sampai sebelum hari raya

J&T Express Incorrect Order

Hi,

I ordered 2pcs of sunglasses through the Facebook ad. The total amount is Php. 1, 098. I expected a high quality product base on the description on the ad. When I received the order today April 07, 2023, it is too far from the description and the quality of the materials that I've received is too cheap for it's cost. While the parcel was still on transit, the said shop called me to check if I have received it. When I tried to contact them to complain about the product I received, they are no longer answering to my calls.

I have attached the screenshot of the order and what I received.

J&T Express Extremely Ruder Delivery Rider

The rider called on 4/5/23 at 12nn and was asking in an extremely rude manner if I will receive the package then I told him that's why he is delivering it because I ordered it and I will receive it, I even asked him the total cost for it and he responded. However, the package was not delivered.

I canceled all my appointments yesterday just to make sure that I will be able to receive the item but the delivery rider did not make an attempt to deliver it. To my surprise, he tagged it as "Customer is not at the delivery address" when in-fact, he did not even go here to make the delivery.

I just can't comprehend how many packages this specific rider is sabotaging on a daily basis. Riders like him needs to be expelled right away to put a strong impression within the company that such behavior will not be tolerated and they can be replaced anytime.

Desired outcome: 1. Appropriate sanctions must be established for the rider misconduct.2. Make official statement that such behaviors within the company will not be tolerated to leave strong impression to every employee.

J&T Express my parcel has not delivered AIR KUCHING 501

it been 2 weeks already my parcel has not arrived at the destination. stuck in Transit Center AIR KUCHING 501. It supposed to delivered to a person in SAINS SDN BHD. but until now 4/4/2023 haven't received yet. this issue started from 24/03/2023 and expected delivered on 30/03/2023. i have contacted lazada customer care and their courier partner j&t Malaysia for assisting but still not able to process the delivery.

J&T Express J&T is not resourceful finding location

I have receive a message reminding that item is ready to pickup by this shipping company, and I reply yes, and suddenly the status of delivery on system says failed pickup. It was so horrible service. In other country they both delivery and customer send their location thru whatsapp map or other that can find exact location in map that spend 50kbps of data compare to sending sms that cost 20pesos and goes nothing but fail and nonsense sms. Please train your shipping pickup personnel and their common sense how to find location thru map.

J&T Express Failed to pick up parcel and note it as "sellers is not available"

Happen just this March 20, 2023. I already arrange the package by Sunday and is ready for pick up by Monday, around 2 pm I received a notification in Shopee that the supposedly pick up by rider was unsuccessful, but I was at home all day waiting for the rider to call (as they usually do), but no I haven't received any calls or even text message if they can't accommodate my package. The worst thing is it was tagged as "Pickup attempt was unsuccessful: Seller Is Not Available or Not On Location" please be honest, we may get a violation from Shopee and have to pay for Penalty Fee and have a bad feed back from our customer for the inconvenience that is not even our fault.

Desired outcome: Just be honest, and don't blamed it to us seller if the short comings are from your side us delivery services.

J&T Express J&T. Delivery of tiktok

The incident happened last March 17,2023 my parcel was about to deliver on the address that was indicated, the delivery driver called me and notified me that he is about to deliver the parcel, but cannot find the address, i just told him along IBP road their’s only one University there, and he keeps on complaining that he still didn’t see it, i guess he found the wrong building because he said the person i was telling him to leave the parcel and will pay it is not there, i told him you are in the wrong building that when he got angry, our guard told me that the rider was soooo arrogant and dis respectfull, talking to them in a not in a nice way.

Desired outcome: Give him warning, and whatever action needed to give him lesson

J&T Express Delay delivery and parcel on hold

My order tracking number [protected]

I ordered since 10/3/2023 and supposed to be arrived at 13/3/2023.. I missed the delivery by 20 minutes or so.. Text the delivery guy about the payment bcoz I am using COD bcoz it said pay via DuitNow and I hv prepared the cash so I asked if I can pay via cash since it was COD but he didn't reply and update the order status delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to bad weather when it's clearly no raining and weather is just nice. Fast forward today, 14/3/2023 I have waited for this for 5 days now and asked delivery guy kindly to reattempt the delivery but no reply just left me on read.. I don't want to get angry and just hoped that my parcel is either delivered by today or tomorrow morning.. If not, I just not gonna pay for COD and just return the parcel...

Hopefully you guys can handle this professional and I hoped u have a very nice day ahead..

Desired outcome: PLEASE SPEED THE DELIVERY BY TOMORROW MORNING

morning , my order delivery by today on 16/03/2023 .. but the deliver guy , NAME: EDWIN AK ACHIM .. CONTACT NO: [protected] .. He so rude .. he should be deliver my parcel door to door , not honking at front door like crazy people .. as a delivery guy , and he asking u didnt hear my hon and i talk back to him , u think i know what ur hon mean .. i thought ur hon is broken or something .. he being even so rude with me .. he should be taking care of customer parcel so that he can get good rate .. but with this attitude like crazy people .. im not satisfied with this delivery guy (EDWIN AK ACHIM) ..

J&T Express Lack of professionalism and work ethic of the delivery riders assigned to Lower Sampaguita.

My complains against to all the delivery riders which are not fulfilling their duties and are failing to provide satisfactory services to their customers.

One of my major concerns is that the delivery riders do not immediately deliver the packages upon arrival in Lower Sampaguita. Instead, they call or text the receiver to ask for directions to the location, causing delays in the delivery process. This delay can last up to two days before the package is delivered. Additionally, when the packages are finally delivered, they are not handed to the intended recipient, but instead delivered to a different person, which is highly inconvenient.

Another issue is the lack of professionalism and work ethic of the delivery riders assigned to Lower Sampaguita. All the riders seem lazy and do not carry out their duties efficiently. This attitude results in the delivery of packages being delayed and not being delivered to the right recipient. The delivery riders of J&T Express assigned in Brgy, Banilad, Sitio Lower Sampaguita, Mandaue City, need to improve their delivery services and work ethic. Immediate action is required to address the concerns raised by the residents to ensure that the customers receive satisfactory services from the courier company.

Desired outcome: They need to improve their delivery services and work ethic. If not, fire them.

J&T Express Delay Parcel

Im waiting for my parcel since March. 4, 2023 and now is March.10, 2023.

My parcel tracking number : [protected] and i check to your system it says that i request for onhold my parcel, i dont request anything to onhold my parcel coz im waiting for it everyday...Now second time that your system it says i requested for onhold again to my parcel that i never receive any call from your any deleivery person..And i contacted your hotline for how many times just to follow up my parcel and last i called was yesterday March. 9, 2023 and the lady said that they already inform the branch in Juru..Once i will repeat i never ask to onhold my parcel as they put in your system , im waiting for it. Hope i can receive my parcel by Monday..Thank you

J&T Express Delivery

I check order delivery status this morning and found last status is last night failed to deliver, which is odd when I was at home and not hear any delivery nor phone call on delivery. This afternoon try to call the number [protected] that list on the apps and website, the number is not in service. In service industry, important to have correct contact number updated. I called nearest Farlim center few times, not reachable. Afternoon I saw a J&T truck in neighborhood, but the guy said no delivery for me. Please improve to update correct status, contact number and reachable. Lastly, I still wait for my delivery. The vendor Lotus using this company for delivery, not something I can choose.

J&T Express Delivery Service

J&T Express taking their leisure time in departing to another location. What I'm trying to say is, considering the location from Kuala Lumpur to Batu Caves isn't that far but the status showing that the parcel hasn't moved an inch. That's why I always try to avoid using J&T but I don't have any other options because the seller pick it. Please do your work properly!

J&T Express No notification from delivery service courier

Hi I would like to complaint regarding for NO NOTIFICATION RECEIVED from the courier. This was the second time that I order with J&T partners for delivery and I was absolutely upset due to this unacceptable reason. I order to Syduction International last February 6, 2023 at 9:18am and place my order same day at 9:29pm. I do also, ask the coordinator for how many days for the deliveries arrival and answer me 2 - 5 days upon placing of order. I keep waiting and asking for trucking number for me to be able to locate my order and only to find out that my order was unsuccessful due to the customer is not around. My first encounter was the same reason and I felt being disadvantage because I need to pay for the cancellation fee without receiving any notification from your team and obligated to pay for them not to post my picture with accusation as a FRAUD. J&T Express Irresponsible delivery of parcel tracking no [protected]

The kuching courier boy just throw the parcel into my mum's house compound without acknowledgement of receipt by my mother he should have called my mum's hp no. N get her signatory n nric no. So when my mum who just came back from town did not see anything on the driveway we thought the parcel had not been delivered in view of this we are claiming you the value of the parcel rm416 being your couriers carelessness please settle this matter soonest
