Not yet resend by fake reschedule
Recently I place an order. I don't know why platform and seller choose J&T. As previous so many issues happen such like things disappear or destroy from newspaper. It is a fact. Back to my order in a platform name shopee, my order id is [protected]. Well.. Let me start, on 26 July I place my order, the seller only send my product on 30th July 2021, well its fine, then courier service took it and till 3rd aug they start deliver by call me where I replied I'm waiting, but they not turn out. And reply reschedule. What happen then...
J＆T is still not sending product to me when first attempt call me fail which I do replied to the post girl then block my WhatsApp message. They reply reschedule, and yet not send product... simply replied"special occasion.

Order not received
I have placed my order on Shopee and the courier services company is J & T company. On 6th August 2021 11am, it show my parcel is out of delivery and the status updated to the parcel has been delivered at 6.14pm. However, I did not receive my parcel. I did not receive any call from your company and I have told my parents to wait for my parcel but they said your company did not send the parcel at all. Can you check for me where the parcel is since it is urgent. How can the parcel is delivered without my signature sign of receipt.

Hari ini 6/8/2021 11.14pm, rider tidak bertangungjawab hanya letak 2 parcel saya di posbox rumah flat yg tidak berkunci tanpa memberitahu saya melalui call/whatapps.
2 item itu sgt mahal ye. Dan 1 parcel koyak besar sampai nampak isi dalam plastik. Jika hilang siapa akan bayar ganti rugi? Mintak pihak j&t tolong ajar rider buat kerja dgn betul, bukan buat keja asal boleh saja. Ini bukan pertama kali rider dari j&t farlim buat mcm ni. Sudah banyak kali. Tolong ambil tindakan! Barang cust yang bayar bukan rider bodoh yg tak bertangungjawab yg bayar! Jangan fikir untung u semata². Tolong ajar staff untuk lebih bertangungjawab!

Please next time each sender calls the customer if it arrives at the given address. Hope the relevant party gives a reprimand and should to the parcel delivery party.

today waktu hampir maghrib, jumaat 6 august 2021. one of yang hantar parcel j&t marang, marang terengganu. bawak kereta wira warna merah dah melanggar motor yg terparking depan rumah. motor tu memang tak halang jalan tu. memang lama dah duduk situ. taktau la cane yang hantar parcel tu reverse kereta sampai langgar. bunyi kuat sangat yee. tadi dia dua orang dalam kete tu. yang bawak kete tu tgh oncall masa langgar. then kawan dia terus keluar angkat motor then terus pergi macam tu je tanpa meminta maaf. bukan sekali dia bawak laju banyak kali dah. takde maaf ke apa. sorry to say but this rude!

On 6 August 2021, I picked up my parcel at jnt hub taiping and im notice that my parcel has been broken n some item was missing..

I already send my parcel to jnt setiwangsa on 8/7/2021 ( references num : [protected] ).
i already check the tracking shown on 14/7 my parcel status in on hold.
My receiver already call the drop point LDC CHAN SOW LIN 604, they said they don't have enough staff due to the staff got COVID19. all the drop point office close ( 21/7 )
Again i check the tracking on 16/7, the parcel still at drop point LDC CHAN SOW LIN 604.
1/8, the receiver call jnt again. at the same reason not enough staff to handle. the receiver, want to collect by herself but the staff said, they couldn't find the parcel.
On 5/8, the receiver call jnt staff again ( maybe here, I'm not sure drop point LDC CHAN SOW LIN 604) she said the parcel have to return to me back and unfortunately the receiver contact number missed one num. I think in proper way, jnt staff should inform the receiver on the 1st time she call. and the receiver said, the jnt staff ask me to launch the report. so this is i'm doing now.
Can u advice me and inform exactly the return procedure and how many day i can get back my parcel back and send back to my client ( receiver )?

My parcel [protected]) shipped on 18/7/2021 and being hold due to bad weather until 28/7/2021. I'm contacting Person In Charge Mr.Rozaidi by call and WhatsApp but no answer. Then on 29/7/2021 my parcel marked as delivered. Then I make a call to J&T Customer Service, they told me, my parcel has missing. For your information my parcel contained medicine for my use and it is very costly.
