Debit purchase on my card but didn't go threw at the register they register froze on 2 different people that same time as I was standing there then went I got up there she rung me up I put my card in to pay and all of a sudden it said transaction canceled but then my phone got a notification from my bank so I pulled up my app and logged in it showed the transaction went threw but the cashier said no it's not showing on her end because her computer froze and she was not giving me my merchandice I paid for. The money came right off my card I also showed her and she said she sorry and couldn't give it to me so I had her call her manager the manager said I would have to pay again on a nother register to get my merchandise I already paid for so now I have nothing to show for this money that came out my bank account she said it should show back up after it stops pending that was last week now the merchandice was my child school uniforms imagine how pissed I am. Please put that money y'all owe me back in my account so I can get my kids uniforms for school.
