Purchased sweat pants for my husband a while back and they were/are too big. Attempted to exchange them today and was told without the receipt I had to have original payment form. I am sure that I used my debit card to pay for them. I no longer have that card as it got damaged and had to be replaced. Before I went to the store to exchange them I checked your return/exchange policy on line. The policy states that without a receipt store credit in the lowest amount in the past 45 days would be issued. I was told that is not your policy. I was not trying to get any money back all I wanted to do was exchange them. Please provide me with your return/ exchange policy with no receipt. Very unhappy customer
