On this website you register enter your information and then when you go and try to get the information for the reverse lookup it keeps putting you back into the login mode. they refused to delete my information and only disable my account from their side. they said their is no way for me to delete it on my own. they said they had to keep the credit card on record and my information for tax purposes when I told them I know you can no do it. if I am not a customer you can not use me for tax purposes and you do not use someone's information especially their credit card for tax purposes. then she said oh we just cant delete the information from our files our computer wont let us.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I am getting unauthorized charges on my card. I called intelius and stopped them months ago, they stopped and now they started up again. How can this be legal? They were sued by the state of washington and were supposed to change their behavior but apparently it did nothing. This company is nothing but a scam.
Every time you get unauthorized payments, no matter from who, get a new card and number issued. Don't take chances or something like this can happen again.

I totally agree with you on that! These ### holes took my name and information and put it with many other peoples names that is not even related to me and I told them to take it off as they did that with my consent they would not even give me any response and was very rude and then they put my name again about two or three pages of names of people that I don't know. If that is not called abuse than I don't know what it! The problem is you can't complain to the police because if you do they use this company to do their dirty work and collect more information about you then they police and these scums will falsify your information and put false charges and other information about and then make you pay to remove it! What a bunch of extortionist! Just like mugshots.com, and [redacted] site owner have complaints by the hundreds against them and the law does nothing to remove these scums because these scums are protected by the FBI and local Police and Sheriff to help them to collect your private information so then they could abuse you and put the screws to you and you can't do a damn thing about it! Except to maybe file a complaint on the complaints board exposing their wrong doing and putting a dent on their big fat ego's!
Correction Intelius took my name and information and put it on their website without my consent and then did not give any response to not remove my information. Then when you tell the police they also will lie and say they are not responsible for that but they are the ones that use these scums to take your information and then put false information and false charges against you and refuse to take it off! But putting a complaint on here will serve as a reminder that criminal will always be criminal! Like them Intelius, FBI, CIA, SWAT, Police, Sheriffs all of them are guilty of this crime!
I noticed on my bank statement a debit charged of $19.95 on my account by INO*INTELIUS.COM. I have no knowledge of
me authorizing this charge. Please remove me from any account immediately and credit my account for above charge
