I ordered 2 reports but thought they were free. I then was charged a monthly fee. When I discovered this I called the *** number and they refunded all the charges other than the initial charge.

The customer service was so good! I had completely forgotten I had used this business, and when I saw a charge on my bank statement I gave them a call, and they easily cleared it up for me. Really polite, calm, and pleasant to talk to. Just great!

Please do not buy from here. I was trying to find my phone so I put my credit card information on the other phone so I can find it at least know it's in the house and I didn't get the information I wanted also it when I found my phone it kept charging me so I did the method it told me to like login when I try to login it said it wasn't correct so it said it was going to reset my password by sending me an email did the email never came and then when I went to their customer service they never lied to me and this was 6 months later they're still trying to charge me and when I look back 6 days ago they finally replied and it still didn't get give me the information to help me do not buy from here please

I have cancelled my account over the phone on multiple occasions for several years and just recently found out that they, once again, have started to withdrawal money from my account without my permission or authorization. When I brought this to their attention AGAIN, they refunded me for 5 monthly payments of $4.99. A grand total of $24.95 for unauthorized payments since June 09, 2020. The balance owed to me is now $187.09 THIS TIME! This is about the 3d time over the last 10 years that I've had to deal with this from Intelius and I am reporting them to follow up with the threat that I made to them in an email to their support team demanded the rest of my refund.

I purchased the 95 cent, 5-day trial on 01/24/22 on Intelius.com, and canceled it before the membership could start because I didn't want to use the services any longer. I never removed my card information off of the sight which is definitely my fault, but I have been getting charged for the past year for something I made sure to cancel.

I've tried calling, and haven't received the information I've been looking for and was just charged on that card yet again today, the charge is still pending and is to come out on the 5th (Tomorrow), it is for $34.95.

I removed all of my debit card information off of my Intelius account, but I need these charges refunded to that card. I do not want to go in circles anymore with charges I'm not making/have not approved of what-so-ever, and have even called customer service about many times being told "I can't recieve a refund". There are exactly 9 charges that Intelius has made to my card that I have not approved of, since canceling the trial.

after entering email address and verifying I am not a robot the SEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL does not work, and no confirmation email is being sent (also not found in junk and spam folders).

Apparently to discourage opt outs.

Tried on various browser and operating systems (i.e. Windows Edge, Firefox, etc).

I canceled my subscription 11/15/2022 and I still just got charged yet again yesterday 11/28/2022 34.86, and 4.99 for no reason. I deleted my card information off the sight and canceled this is not only illegal but it’s a scam. Very unprofessional. Do Not Trust or Use Intelius! I have been charged 3 different times after I had removed my card and cancelled my membership, they charge you anyways. They keep your card on file and steal money from you. Do not use this website! They steal from you and they don’t even give you the information you ask for.

I have canceled my subscription on 7/10/2022.

Intelius is still subtracting $4.99 and $29.95 from my account after sending me the cancellation email received on June 8, 2022.

There is a phone number of [protected] that is not being answered. No one has responded to email from [protected]@mg.mailer.intelius.com either. They need to re-imburse for taking off money from account fraudelantly.

I've been charged several payments for services I didn't receive I tried calling in canceling in the past it stopped for awhile then right back up again I've been charged like 3 or 4" payments of like 34.99 in it was canceled in two days because it wouldn't even let me log in I tried custo!er service no help at all did I receive plz put my money back on my card thank you

I had called and used the automated system to cancel my subscription days ago. The automated message said my membership was canceled at that time. Yet I was still charged the monthly fee still?!?

Please, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY I need all subscriptions canceled

so you get a 7 day trial, then charged $35 monthly. I go to the website and there is no log in page. there is search bars, when you search someone, its like you start over again even though youve paid... starting over meaning-search, enter your name and email and agree not to be a stalker, enter credit card info all over again. one big ridiculous circle.. companies like this should be shut down. card ending 4141, name kaden gross. please refund immediately. email was either kobe.[protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com.

I have just registered for a 5 day free trial and I thought I would get unlimited access to personal information. Then I chose a 1 month plan (24 usd) since I assumed Intelius would only charge me after 5 day free trial period. This is a big misunderstanding.

Can I get a refund?

Intelius has stolen over $200 from me over the past 7 months. I just received an email that PayPal was processing a transaction from Intelius. I used the service one time for a .95 cent fee and made sure to say that I did not want to be automatically renewed or billied in the future and now I just found out that they’ve been charging me $30 a month without my concent. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau if they do not refund me immediately. As so many other people here have had the same problems with this scam of a company I’m shocked it’s not shut down yet and I’m sure it will be very soon

I once had an unauthorized $30 deduction from my account happen a month ago saying it came from an "Intelius" company. Guess what? I had never heard of this company or its services til that day of the unauthorized transaction when I went to go looking. I had never used their services, never heard of them, and yet they managed to get ahold of my credit card information through paypal and deduct $30 off the rip. Thank God, I managed to contact paypal and they helped me get my money back. But it really makes you think what kind of low-life piece of [censored] scummy people run this account. Hope their children get cancer and die before them.

I have looked at my bank account and realized yall charged my debit card for 29.78 and I didn't authorize this at all and I want my money back now and I want to be taken off of anything saying I am a member or subscribed to do with yall because I didn't sign up to be a member nor did I subscribe to be a member here

Refund my money to webvelopment @paypal that you charged without my confirmation. I did not authorize this charge. How can you charge someone without authorization on Christmas Eve when you are closed. Terrible company.

I paid a dollar for activation not knowing it would charge me 31.69 dollars after 5 days.

I have been trying to cancel this subscription for several months now without any luck there have been many more payments taken out of my debit I think I am entitled to at least three back I am on A fixed income and I cannot afford this to be taken out of my account I would greatly appreciate it you could get at least some of my money back
