Hi Mr. or Ms. Condo.
I'd like to assist.
Hopefully you've retained work orders with every visit. Each work order should be dated and describe the work taking place.
Generally, service centers use a rule of three service attempts, all of which based upon the same problem, before they concede a problem being unrepairable. This does NOT mean three service calls, as each service may require more than one house call. The first visit is usually to verify and diagnose a problem, the second to service the problem.
With that said, do you have said service records?
Will look forward to your reply.
