I gave $150 for a new key from Advanced Lock & Key on Saturday, October 3. The locksmith dude even helped me jump my car 'cause my battery was dead. But today, October 5, I got a new battery and the new key ain't working. The company said I gotta pay more 'cause I replaced my battery and that's why the key ain't working. I called other locksmiths and they said that ain't true and that Advanced Lock & Key messed up. When I called Advanced Lock & Key, they said I don't know nothing 'bout my key or my car and that I'm wrong. They also said they don't know when someone can come out to fix it even if I pay.

I paid the $129.00, and the Technician left. I called the company to complain, and they stated that they would look into it. I have yet to hear back from them. Overall, I was not happy with the service and felt like I was overcharged.

The locksmith came when I wasn't in the car and didn't give me his name or business card. He was a nice guy at first, but two days later, I noticed a piece connected to the steering wheel was no longer attached. I texted him a picture, but he denied breaking it and blamed someone else. He gave me two keys, but one was useless. He claims he couldn't have broken it because he didn't go in the passenger side of the car. He most likely broke it with his elbow or shoulder as he leaned over from the driver side. He was doing it from the ground. I paid $229 for a key that should work, but now I have a broken cruise control knob and a useless door key. He laughed at me via text message and said I'm clueless.
