A delivery of a refrigerator was made on the 27th of August. It was fully assembled when it arrived. Before the delivery men left, who could barely speak any English, I asked if everything was working. Yes I was told. The next morning the freezer had frozen water leaking everywhere. The freezer drawer would not close completely. Called Home Depot and I was told someone, who again only spoke broken English, a repairman would be coming today, the 29th, to fix it. I was told I would receive an e-mail and text message when they would be arriving. Received nothing. I called this morning on the 29th only to be told that whoever I talked to failed to set up the appointment. I now have to wait until September 2nd for an instillation repairman to come.

Desired outcome: That Home Depot hire employees who can communicate clearly in English. This is America where Americans deserve to be treated as Americans and not treated as foreigners. Also provide better training for future employees.
