Home Depot review: sliding door, defected, no one is able to figure out the leak. replace it or fix it

I purchased a sliding patio door from Home depot in 2016, they never came to measure the door, my house is 30 yeas old, since 2019 noticed a leak behind the board inside, leak is hiding behind the shoe cover that hold the panel and the door. I have contacted you, they send a gentleman, Mark, he came to put a Tray, which was never put before, tried many times to figure out where the water seeping into the house, ruining my floor, he is not able to figure out how that water coming into the house. Mark, and Mike came again, they advised me to change the lintels and do tuck point by a Jacob, Masonry, spent money for his job, having same problem.
I was contacted by Brigit, who was courteous to listen, but unable to give
me a solid solution, Penny, calls me, tell me, I will have to fix the problem out my own money.My floor is ruined, they should have measured the opening of the sliding door, before giving me a defected one. I am very disappointed, I have changed my window with you, and they came to measure the window spaces and ordered the window from manufacturer, why did they not do that for the sliding door. Will never use Home Depot for any future project. I have built a new deck, thinking it came from it., but that did not solve the problem
