Missed appointments

I scheduled to have my chimney swept twice this past May and Shamrock canc'd both times. I said never again. Well here it is getting close to fireplace season and I decided to give them one more chance. Apt was for this morning and I again stayed home to be here when they came. Shamrock chimney service came out last winter for a cleaning on one of my chimneys. After inspection they informed me that I needed to install a new insert because there was too much soot. I agreed to do the 7” insert but during the install the destroyed the existing terra-cotta liner (btw this chimney has 2 flues) on both flues. Now the chimney doesn’t...
