Home Depot review: Poor and incomplete installation of double entry door

Order ID H2557-164353 — Dbl Doors Purchased with Additional charge for Door frame support — Over charged for Additional Labor Dbl Labor Cost
but there was not required extra work provided
— Did not complete the installation left holes in door and side light framing
— Home Depot Sales/ Rick steed all will be taken care of and nothing has been done (ignored)
— Directed to Mel /Service who stated all will be fixed and nothing has been done (did not return calls and ignored calls)
— This installation of the Jeldwin Dbl Entry Door around 8/17/20 and have spoke with Rick /Sales at Annapolis Md Store with promises of completing the repairs (ignored and no return calls)
— Rick mentioned he was Sales and Mel was to address and take care of issues (ignored and dies not return calls) 8/5/20
— Called Mel several times and the Annapolis Store with no answering calls left on wait line indefinitely
— Called again today 2/12/20 SoShonsa HD Rmployee and she stated Manager will return call (ignored and never called back)

— Required to Credit our Account for $650.00
Extra labor Charge
— Complete the Jeldwin Dbl Entry Door installation and install the plugs flush in all interior glass framing Jeldwin Door Frame Plugs are a requirement and is included in all door purchases

Rick has stated that the Installers should have installed the plugs
Then Rick stated Jeldwin Doors do not come with frame plugs which is absolutely incorrect
Jeldwin Office Stated that Jeldwin provides plugs with all doors

Also I went to Home Depot Annapolis and inspected the Jeldwin Doors that have all plugs
with every Door —
