We had someone come to our home and discuss and measure our kitchen for cabinet refacing last Thursday, May 9th, 2019. She told us we would have a quote emailed to us by the end of the day, but this is now Monday May 13th and we haven't heard anything about a quote for the job. I have sent multiple texts to the woman I talked to about scheduling the appointment. I am very disappointed that we were promised to have a response, but haven't heard a word about this job. We had an incredibly disappointing experience a few years ago with Home Depot's carpet installation but thought we would give the company another try. Thank you, Miranda Erickson
