Home Depot review: freight team management ( 1 comment)

I worked for home depot tehachapi for 9 months and was getting yelled at by another employee, or to say bullied. I reported every time I was and the other employees he was bulling. We unload trucks. He started yelling at a kid for grabbing a bottle of water, I told him to stop, he told me to stay out it, I said im going to tell management, which I told management numerous times, he ran over and got in my face, 1 in ch away and said really, on camera. He was wearing a collard shirt, as hes in my face I used my index finger and thumb and pulled him 1 inch closer and said really, there was know altercation, I asked him him to stop, and told him I was bullied as a kid in which he said he would stop because he was also bullied... We hugged and it was over, no help from management... Well 2 months later I notice this kid is taking a 30min break every knight I told management. They wrote him up because he always leaves early for break. Since I got him in trouble he used his bulling experience and said I picked him off the ground... Note its on tape I did nothing of the sort. It was his word and a guy named gage who you fired for shop lifting, I didnt deserve it ask all the employees at or store. Every night the kid that said I assault him ask me if he look high. I told management and they did nothing. Something is wrong in this store. All I want is my job back. I was a hour early every nite and bothered no one, I drove 61 every night read what termination paper says, you got rid of the bully and the thief, I love home depot, my uncle been with you guys 30+ years,
