Home Depot - customer service

On Feb 16, my daughter and I went into the Summerwood store to purchase a ladder, (2) 1x12 boards and (4) 2x2's. We went to the area where the saw was located but could find no one to cut the boards. I walked around looking for an employee and ended up in tool rental to have the gentleman call for assistance. We waited a short time when a young man named Noe came to cut the board. He got half way through the cut and stopped, the saw jammed and the breaker tripped rendering the saw useless. He tried several times to kick the board loose from the saw and finally got some help from another employee. He then left saying he had to find a supervisor to reset the breaker. After about a 20 minute wait and by this time a couple has come over to get a piece of plywood cut, Noe and another man came over to try and get this saw working. They said they requested a manager for assistance but neither one of the 2 on duty responded. Those managers names are Lisa and Winfield. They messed with it for a while and finally came back after about 25 minutes saying they were still waiting for a manager. When I asked what the prognosis for the machine was, the employee looked over and noticed that the light was on. He turned to Noe who said he wasn't going to cut our board and that he could do it. The other employee then told him to take the 2x2's to the other saw and cut them and he would cut the couple's plywood. We followed Noe to the saw where we asked that they be cut in half. He grabbed 2 of the pieces and threw them up on the saw table, grabbed the other 2 and threw them up there and brought down the blade. He made no attempt to even the ends of the boards which resulted in no 2 pieces the same size. He then grabbed the pieces, shoved them in my daughter's arms and said, "Here. Thanks." and walked off. We went to the other employee (who was very cordial) and showed him what Noe considered cut in half. All he could do was shake his head and apologize. I have misplaced my receipt but I put it on my Home Depot card Ref #P919600E00113TWAT for $120.98. Noe's attitude that day was totally uncalled for. It wasn't our fault he doesn't know how to cut a board. If he's going to continue working for Home Depot, he sure doesn't need to be on the floor helping customers. Incidentally, neither manager ever showed up.
